Dont worry, its a satire of a quest
Well that's good, but its still going to be annoying having to drag that goat all the way back. I don't have fond memories of sequences like that.

She reminds me of Iorveth. Maybe it's the color of her clothes.
Iorveth's sister!
*plot thickens*
I like how she's got a different physiognomy than humans. It's subtle but she's clearly different.
Anyone else gonna play through this game wearing only this?
Spoiler

Oh my Orens, yes!

Hella OP tbh.
I think we can all agree that Geralt should be in an Old Spice commercial. ![]()

You know, I'm totally on board with that.
And I agree, Witcher's elves look great.

So they're definitely doing more games after Witcher 3, without Geralt. This is basically Geralt's "Retirement" and I can't blame him, suffering with a case of Amnesia, the amount of stuff he's gone through.
Not to mention by the end of the books he was ready to give up being a Witcher. They were going to mount his sword in an Inn and call it "The Witcher's Inn." (If memory serves right.) and tell tales of Witcher's every week.
I would love to be able to create a Witcher in the future. And I think many can agree with me on the below:
I'd hope for Elf option. Then I can make a Female-Elf Witcher!

GODDAMN IT! AM I THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE WHO GIVES A **** ABOUT THE LORE?
Oh my god dude, the comment section. I can't, I just can't.
Only humans can become Witchers. The mutagens created to turn people into Witchers were designed by human mages for other humans.
I'm down for a sequel with a Witcher not named Geralt, but he or she would have to be human.

No, you're not the only one. This discussion goes appearing quite.
I Agree with that guy in some parts.
If the main protagonist is not Geralt, then count me out. This statement holds true for expansion packs and the Witcher 4.Create you own character = give me a ****** break, it would turn the Witcher into another Skyrim or Dragon Age.Female protagonist = There are no female Witchers, and it would just feel forced and out of place. Plus why go with anyone else when Ciri, the closest thing to a female Witcher, already exists.Ciri = I do not think she has what it takes to fill Geralt's place.Eskel or Lamber = Just like Ciri they do not have what Geralt has. Geralt is so fleshed out, and he has so much character that is unmatched by Ciri, Eskel, or Lambert. There is one exception.I may consider giving it a go, if the protagonist is a young Vesemir. There is great stuff that can be explored with him as the protagonist, for example we can see Kaer Morhen in it's glory days, the pogrom of Kaer morhen, Visenna bringing Geralt to Kaer Morhen, Geralt growing up, and so forth.

Geralt or no one, basically.
Its less The Witcher and more The Witcher

Yeah, I guess.
Sapkowski left the project after they decided that the game would happen after the end of the books, but he confirmed an earlier thing for the adventure to continue, he respects the video game media and everything, but he's out of it.
I think my position is the same, the story of Geralt will end up, the world also goes with it, I believe this is the reason Sapkowski 's not much more inclined to explore the world he created, for which only works at that time, is that time that matters. There is a timeline to future events after the end of the books and everything, if not mistaken, The witcher 3 goes at a time when witches are hunted, Well, we see that in the game too. It has a few more events, which can be portrayed, but I do not think it would be necessary at some point, if they bring a spin-off or a game that takes place in Nilfgaard, I would play, but in the North and after the events of The Witcher 3, I think not, With Geralt or not, I'm out. I really want this story to end and not become a moldable world to anything, like other game. And I'm not saying this is good or bad, I'm just saying that The Witcher functions as something closed and not open.

-Collector's Edition unboxing-
That thing is huge lol. I really hope it arrives undamaged to be honest. I still look at my Destiny CE, and the box is split and broken. All the goods are intact, but still.
Definitely worth the Pre-order. Not that it matters as I have a digital pre-order so I can pre-load as soon as instead of waiting around for the physical case to arrive
I'm looking forward to this so much. I'm not sucking up all content that gets released like I did with Inquisition, I've been trying to do a good job of keeping a restraint so I can bathe in the glory upon release. The most I've watched is that 35 minute preview they did a while back (The one where the painting of the Ladies talks to Geralt through the Old lady in the room), and then that video where Microsoft uploaded a PC Version lol.
Not long now.

YEAH, you know, Kaer Morhen in the ''glory'' times would be nice to see and the intrigue with Cat School.
I got the digital preorder with dat preload for X1
No way am I getting some colossal and expensive edition like that lol
My biggest fear about this game came true.
Quest designer Nikolas Kolm even goes a step further: "For me Cirilla is the main character in, The Witcher 3 '.
