There was also a debug screen shown on this forum that had a character named Kasumi, but we have no information (or even evidence that it's true).

Then please post it, because I would like to see the proof.  I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you, I just don't want everyone to jump the gun.

I think he's certainly a squad member, but Bioware hasn't come out and confirmed him yet.

On a loyalty mission for Samara, she comes to blows with her daughter, if you kill samara and save the daughter, she assumes Samara's identity and she heavily flirts with shepard.

Any idea what the red circles under Tali, Mordin, and Grunt mean?

Wonder if it references having done/not done their mission/gained their loyalty
