I'm guessing that the elder one Alexius alludes to is the antagonist of the game.

You can send advisers to do tasks for you... Like recon. Well they clearly sent her in to recon, which started a sub event where she's caught and tortured. So even a small choice like who you send where for minor things can start an entire subplot.
I'm so happy that we can do things like this and only want to know how this will work out with Cullen and Josephine

I think the Bull is going to be an amazing tank. He's a lot of fun to watch in battle.

I'd assume there are other options judging from the way he phrased it. Military approach seems like the most obvious alternative.
Leliana's awesome, and her dialogue rocks. That last cutscene was really intense. The athmosphere was so well done.
This was so incredible, it feels surrealistic that I'll actually get to play this game in a few months. Nevertheless, the wait is starting to feel way too long after these vids.

The repeated repetition of Alexius's "Victory is impossible" line was a bit annoying. Hope they cut that down in the final.
Otherwise, a promising video. Though they should stop being nasty to my Leliana!

Dorian's voice is phenomenal. Leliana continues to do sad and wonderful things to my heart. Loved the combat. Loved the aesthetics. Loved the minor comments from party members. ("Don't look up. Don't look up. ****, I looked up.")

Yeah, I'd expect other options...of course, now I wonder how the ending of this would play out the way they've set it up. Or whether the other options were worse. And I'll be filled with creeping paranoia every time I send Leliana in to scout somewhere. All of which is no doubt completely intended!

I'm getting the impression that the events occurring in the demo require a number of poor decisions on the player's part. What I saw there looked almost like a failure arc.

Interesting thing to note: Leliana helps in combat pretty much from the moment she's freed from captivity, nice to see that she's not just phased out of existence until critical plot points.
Couple bugs, like lip syncing for the Inquisitor, character's facing the wrong way during attacks... Nothing too serious, hopefully ironed out by Beta-launch.
