I just certainly hope they keep their promise about different UI for the PC. That whole having to move the camera to select waypoints is annoying. I dropped that The Bureau because of that stupid stuff.

Probably, but she also fought beside and romanced a Mage (in my story). She watched (Mage) Hawke take down a rogue faction of mages in DA2, and as for the ashes, I wouldn't know... I never went that route, with or without her in my party. Perhaps the Keep will help show things in a different light.

I'm pretty sure she's dead. It was mentioned that they didn't shy away from killing important characters. I bet there will be like dozens of "opportunities" for our followers to die because of our glorious decisions. It will be like Game of Thrones all over again hehe

She may have been referencing the amulet or similar as how people look at mages poorly for the few who do wrong. Somewhat similar to the lyrium idol Bartrand and Meredith had.

you will be surprised, but i have almost no idea what names party members have. or who is who. or some meaningless stuff like LI and other crap. I am also skipping most of the info about the game in general.
In my understanding 'open world' is when you can travel from on part of it to another without obvious zoning. in this demo - there are several zones on a basis of single tileset of the Castle. So even if loading time is not that noticeable, you can see when areas replace one another. So i really don't get it why its called an open world.
Anyway i hardly matters, i really don't think that zones are that bad. Wasteland 2 have them, and i am totally fine with it. However in my opinion there is a difference between actual open world and just large areas.
But, i am mostly disappointed about combat system.
I don't think Bioware's claimed Inquisition is open world - I've heard 'semi-open' being tossed around, meaning that individual areas (such as the outdoor ones) are extremely large, but there are different zones and what-have-you. So from what I know you're right about it not being open world, but Bioware's not claimed it as such either 
The way the Inquisitor closes the Fade rips looks really cool. She's like "You got the touch! You got the powahh!"

It might be that it's just because she's so much skinnier than he is.
Game is looking real good, but they need to start showing some serious combat demos because what we've seen so far in these E3 vids generally devolves into a mess of a fight with no real direction or semblance of control on the part of the player. I don't think this is a problem with the actual gameplay itself, but simply that putting the game on easy and making the player characters invulnerable and just attacking things doesn't really work out well for conveying what combat is like. It just feels like a spam fest of abilities and running around hitting things.
Omg Leliana.... My heart is broken.... The last minute really got me on the edge of my chair xD Damn awesome job BioWare. Now October seems even further..... I NEED TIME MACHINE!!!!
