Well with Iron Bull confirmed that really turns things upside down for me, especially finding out he's not race or gender-gated (actually surprised with that one, pleasantly that is. That's one more MxM character I can play that isn't tied down to just a human option-Dorian). I still want to play at least one Dorian romance as well, and we're still waiting on the last two romances to be confirmed. 

 

Going to have at least one Quizzie per romance option, but in order to make my characters 'official' I need to know the final two race-gated ones. Really hoping it's Solas and Vivienne (though I put my money on the guy option being Varric).

I don't have any plans for a romance at the moment, it all depends on how well they gell with my Inquisitors. None of them so far sound like they will romantically hit my soft hearted mage elf I have planned, or my tough as nails qunari rogue who bends to no one. The elf may find Dorian interesting but if Solas is an option then it may be different. Then again the Solas with my elf mage would probably end up being more student teacher...

 

Then for the qunari rogue, I can't see her with anyone so far. Maybe Iron Bull if she can stand the joking, but she may end up punching everyone if they get on her nerves so that lowers the possible romances for her.

So I am not the only one! That reassuring. They have the most options in this game but the least that work for me.
I'll probably just have a platonic bromance with Solas and Cole.

Cassandra for my first playthrough, and if Varric is confirmed as a romance option, him as the second as a female dwarf.  For the third, I'm thinking Iron Bull as a female Qunari.

I was originally going to go for Josephine, but I think I'm going to #ridethebull just because I feel like he'd be the most open to a threesome with Isabela (and Hawke and the Warden and Leliana if they're interested...)

Probably Josephine.

 

I say 'probably' because Vivienne is a possibility as well, if she ends up being a LI and doesn't rule out human men. If not, change the probably to definitely.

My first character will still romance Dorian I think and my second Cullen. I dunno who I will romance the bull with yet, female Qunari seems a bit predictable.

Honestly, with the confirmation of the much speculated IB bisexuality, I'm gonna have a hard time on who I want to romance my first playthrough D: I'm elven mage and I was set on Dorian becuase I felt like if Bull was gonna be romancable then he was gonna be racegated or something, but now that not only is he bi but he's not racegated! jkladshfkajh I don't know how I'm gonna choose. 

 

How about you guys? Who are you set on? Or stuck between like I am? XD

Pretty much this, but with the genders reversed. It's still a bit too early to say, but I guess a lot of it is that I'm just not sold on the character designs for the two straight male options so far. Still, can't be as bad as DA2 was, at least in terms of personalities.

My canon play through will be a rogue Dalish inquisitor, so Solas if he is a LI. If not then Varric (if LI and not race gated), or Cullen if not race gated. If none of the above are options, then maybe IB, but not sure if personalities will mesh. Will probably do all romances eventually, except maybe Sera - her personality just gives me more of a friend vibe, but, I won't know for sure until I've had her in my party a while.

Male Amell + Morrigan + Ritual, Mage Hawke + Anders + Templar Carver, Saarabas Adaar + Cullen, for teh lulz...

 

And that's as far as I've gotten with the confirmed...

Why wouldn't there be? Past romances were not shallow.

Zevran and Isabela may have had depth; uncertain, as I chose not go past their tactless behavior.

Wait have they confirmed mage dalish elf as a keeper? I was thinking First but....

I'll just wait until I get in game and see which one woos me more xD Though In the end I'm gonna end up romancing all of the characters I believe since everybody seems so god damn interesting. It's worth a couple more playthroughs.

As a supporter of the Circle but being in the minority of finally playing a homosexual character in my DA canon (both my past protagonists were heterosexual males) I'll probably end up romancing the Iron Bull. He's physically fit, a Qunari and seems to have a softer side, he doesn't like demons  either and will likely do anything to keep them at bay, he's probably perfect.

Either way, she's in a position of leadership and thinks it's best if her race just...ends.  Through love, no less.

Likely Josephine. Sera is not an option for me, Cassandra annoys the hell out of me and if Vivienne is also an option, I'm not certain, since for what I understand she is full of secret plots, so I'm not certain if I can trust her.
