I'm thinking of rolling a guy for the first time ever so I can be torn between Cass and Dorian. Probably Qunari Warrior type at the moment, but maybe I should go rogue for the whole roguish bisexual trope (and if I have Cass and Dorian on my team that's all 3 party bases covered, plus whoever else I feel like).
Second playthrough will be F!Elf who intends to #ridethebull. Class undecided, and will probably depend on what my qunari is.
Me too ;_; Like I keep telling myself I have one in mind but in the end I believe it's left to how good we work in game. I'm just excited for all apsects of this game and not just romance, but I have a feeling that the romances in this game are gonna be the best in any bioware game, maybe any game in general.
I agree. I feel it has SUCH potential and I am so pumped and ready to feed Bioware all of my tears.

I would be in the same position as you are if Bioware had made Sera bisexual. As it is, I'm 99% sure that I'll romance Josephine in my first playthrough. :-)
I'm still holding out hope that Varric will be an LI but if he isn't I'll probably go for Cullen in my first/canon playthrough.
Oh, god. It's so hard to decide. I probably will attempt to let the characters woo me. First playthrough is always a female rogue. I've not decided on a race, yet. But most likely as a human. I've got my eye on Sera or Josephine, primarily. But Iron Bull is looking good, too. Most likely not Cullen. (Though I juuuust started my first ever lady mage in Origins just to see what the fuss was about. Not really wooed by it, but eh.)
Eventually, I plan on romancing all. But I'm not sure about the order of attack.
Varric *everything crossed*. Or, I dunno, Cullen, maybe? No-one apart from Varric is really floating my boat. Might make a guy and go for Dorian if Varric isn't available, DHMG is definitely my second fave. But then I can't be Alix or Sumalee! Aaaahhhh, Bioware weren't kidding when they said there'd be tough decisions, didn't realise they'd be starting even before the game does though!

If Dagna would be announced as a LI for dwarf inquisitors, then she would make the list too. Then there would finally be a dwarf LI (I just found it too weird to romance Morrigan or Leliana in Origins with a dwarf). 
Great question. Tend to play as a female player-character so based on what we know:
(and I have to assume Solas and Vivienne will be confirmed both LI and bi for purposes of ranking.)
I think a race match can be more compelling regardless of straight/bi/lg
There is some canon to consider (we already know Cullen fancies female mages, including my warden)
And as I tend to include my LI in my party where possible, I balance against their class for purposes of party balance
That means 7 unique play-throughs (3 human female (w/r/m), 2 elf female (r/m), 2 qunari mage (m/f))
And I'll direct personality and plot choices in favour of the LI to make each play-through unique.

I'm currently worried who my qunaris will romance since I don't have no idea anymore who is race-gated. I don't want to romance Iron Bull, it sounds boring. I'm not intrested in Sera, Josephine, Blackwall or Vivienne either. So for my qunari ladies I'm having fingers crossed for romanceable and not race-gated Cullen, Solas or Varric.
I need to know the last two LIs before I can really start crunching the playthrough numbers and character concepts.
I'm in the OP's shoes. I want to romance both Dorian and Bull so bad. I'm pretty sure the Bull would be up for some spitroast action, but who knows what Dorian is like? Hopefully we can have a menage-á-trois. If not I'll go with the Bull on my first go. I just can't resist men with scars.
I'm probably just going to go into the game, flirt with most everyone and see who "clicks".

I like to play male personally but I also like to try every single race/gender/class combination also *playedthroughoriginsaseverysingleraceandgender* So far I think I have compiled a list of planned playthroughs for what we know so far. *in order of playthrough*
Male Elf Mage: Albedo Lavellan - Romance Bull/Dorian I still can't fricking decide xD Personality wise they both seem awesome and are both mega attractive.
Female Qunari Warrior: Issala Adaar - Romance Sera, she's probably my favorite female character of the game from what we've seen and I want to explore her more.
Male Human Rogue: Cedric Trevelyan - Romance Cassandra, because she looks so badass and I'd love to see her vulnerable when romanced or perhaps even more fierce.
Male Dwarf Warrior: Cyrus Cadash - Romance Josephine, because I think this would be absoltuely adorable.
Female Human Mage: Jullianna Trevelyan - Romance Cullen, because you know how much he loves them fem mages.
Female Elven Rogue: Despina Lavellan - Romance Josephine, because she's interesting, and I'd like to see her with another woman.
Male Qunari Warrior: Dathrasi Adaar - Romance IDK but this is definitely a planned playthrough.
Female Dwarf Rogue: Lucca Cadash - Romance IDK, maybe Bull because the height difference would be absolutely endearing.
That's what I got so far but this is most definitely subject to change with everything xDD But this is my rough idea and still it's very temporary. Like I've said before, DAI is probably the first game with romance options where I have no clear idea who I'm gonna romance.

So many options, so many decisions. By the end of the game my PC will end up alone because they won't be able to make up their mind.
I'll most likely romance Josephine...at least in my first playthrough (though there is a small chance it will be Sera instead).

Well uhhm unless the rivalmance option is still available it'll have to be no one. I doubt Josephine or Cassandra would like a sarcastic sociopathic male mage much
