Cullen first with an elf mage.
Then maybe a female Qunari for Iron Bull probably another mage.
I am hoping Varric is a LI cause I am planning a dwarf rogue after that.
Then I might roll a male...hmm maybe another mage and try my first m/m romance with Dorian and possibly a human mage and try to romance Sera if I don't get distracted by Cullen. (Not betting on it though for a long while).
So many options, so many decisions. By the end of the game my PC will end up alone because they won't be able to make up their mind.
That's what happened to me in my first DA2 playthrough, I couldn't make up my mind and was all over the place. So somehow I just managed to screw everything up and end up all alone haha. I'm determined to try and sort everything out and have this be my first DA game where my first PC doesn't end up all by themselves lol.
On that note though...I've changed my mind at least 5 times today... 
I'm all for Josephine too...woo hoo

You could always, you know, decide what sort of character you're playing and then as you play the game and get to know the different characters in different situations, just decide then. Rather than "I WILL HAVE YOU" despite not knowing what sort of person they are beyond a summary.

Some of us want to romance Varric. Some of us have wanted to romance Varric for more than three years. I think I know him pretty well after playing DA2 seven times

As for planning which Inquisitors to match with everyone else, well, I'm going to get to them all eventually. So for me it's just a matter of shuffling them around to find the best fit. I may certainly change my mind about who goes with who after playing the game.
Dorian for sure...I like his background , his voice and his looks.
Then maybe Sera or The Iron Bull , depends how I feel about them in game...for now they feel like great party members , but not sure if they're good romance material for me.
I have the same problem, but I'm not even torn between two of the options. There's only one solution: I will have to do at least eight playthroughs and it's sooo going to be worth it!
Honestly, with the confirmation of the much speculated IB bisexuality, I'm gonna have a hard time on who I want to romance my first playthrough D: I'm elven mage and I was set on Dorian becuase I felt like if Bull was gonna be romancable then he was gonna be racegated or something, but now that not only is he bi but he's not racegated! jkladshfkajh I don't know how I'm gonna choose.

I'm in the same predicament. My first playthrough is going to be a feisty Human Mage Femquisitor and I've been dead set on romancing Cullen since his announcement (I'm a sucker for opposites attract/forbidden romances). But Iron Bull sounds so fricken' fun. Now that he's been confirmed I can't decide! Conventional with Cullen or Wild and Crazy with Bull? Stupid sexy Bull is making it hard to choose...
I am happy for the people that wanted to romance Iron Bull but I am a little concerned as well because by B-Ware making him the other Bi Option the chances of Vivienne being an option is getting smaller and smaller

And now we have 4 other possible options Varric,Blackwall,Solas and Vivienne I am not gonna be popular for saying this but Vivienne needs to be the last Li to keep things even m/f wise.
First playthrough: Solas, if available. If not, I will be playing a very celibate Dalish elf lady.
Second playthrough: Whoever meshes with my lady qunari mage.
Third playthrough: Probably male qunari "Pretend you can't see me" rogue, will likely romance Dorian.

Last LI? There are two spots left unconfirmed, not just one... Vivienne is very likely going to be available. It's the men we don't know about.
It was confirmed via Twitter that the 8 LIs were within the companions/advisors. The one who isn't a companion or advisor is a flirt, not a romance.

I would be genuinely surprised if Varric makes the cut, however, the chance for lols, romancing him with a female quanri would be pretty damn funny.
Solas, if he's available, for my Adaar. Dorian was the original plan but he is not interested, which is fine. Probably Cullen or no one if he isn't.
Cullen or Iron Bull then for my Lavellan, and then Sera for my Cadash. I'm gunning for Vivienne for my Trevalyan but Josephine piques my interest enough to be a sold second choice if Viv isn't a LI.
I'm hoping for Solas most of all. Blackwall would be a nice consolation prize if he isn't a LI.

Hmmm. Not sure. I'll be playing a female Dalish my first time, so definitely won't be Cassandra or Dorian. I'm planning on going with whoever feels right for my character. That may even mean no romance at all.

You do, but your character isn't (or shouldn't) be you. For all you know, your background comes from a place where beardless dwarves are seen as worse than Tevinter Darkspawn Mages Dalish Casteless Chevaliers.
My plan was to romance Cullen on my first playthrough, with most likely a mage (human or elf), just because I've wanted to do that since DAO lol But then Iron Bull happened... And I'm totally going to romance him with a female elf mage because I love couples that look quite the opposite in physical terms.
And then multiple playthroughs with different options... like... a lot of playthroughs 
I do admit with so many possible LIs I have to wonder what the banter when you try and date all of them at once is.
