I think it's just the fact that it's so brutally honest that makes is so great to me. He doesn't lie to his men, he doesn't use any cliches he just tells it how it is but puts it in such a way that makes it awesome. Honestly I'd follow that imp through the gates of hell with that speech and I'm a complete coward.

At least with Cersei there is a certain logic to how her mind works, there are reasons for why she is the way she is and does the things she does. Lysa is/was plain crazy, it wasn't even the fun crazy, she was annoying crazy.

Its funny because I like Tyrion because he's Tyrion, Jaime because he's somewhat redeeming himself and Tywin because, while he's certainly not a good guy, he's kind of awesome in a cold, calculating kind of way, Which means the only Lannister I don't like is Cercei. But whenever someone mentions the Lannisters in general I'm all "damn Lannisters!"
