I think they all look great. (Of course, being a straight woman, I don't care that much about whether or not Leliana and Morrigan are hot.)

I love how the women in Inquisition are probably the most beautiful women BioWare's ever designed.
Great joke man, but no. Technically impressive? yes. Most beautiful ? Of course not.

The hair of this character

It's entirely subjective. I personally think Bioware truly outdone themselves with this game. Some technical issues (mostly hairs) aside, character designs feel unique and memorable to me.
[snip with ugly meme faces underneath beautiful women]
sums it up nicely
Sigh.

This game is not supposed to be a supermodel game. The faces look fine and the only real issue is the hair.

I do not think it would take much to improve the faces and make them look very attractive.
The magician who seems to Freddie Mercury mustache that seem attached with glue TT
Morrigan and Leliana are older than in DAO and visually I believe Bioware aged them properly. They aren't supposed to look "attractive", flawless. They are supposed to look like they are in their thirties instead of looking "attractive" as if they are photoshopped. True attractiveness as shown in the media doesn't exist without the help of photoshop or lots of makeup.

I do not agree with every design decision they have made but characters in DAO weren't that beautiful either.

DAI characters look great.
Leliana looks amazing
Vivienne has central African features
Cassandra looks like a seasoned warrior
Sera like she puts convenience over appearance
Varric still looks great
Iron Bull looks like a frickin minotaur
I could go on, DAI has a very promising cast.

Yeah... I'm gonna add my two cents in here as a straight woman and say that I think all the women in Inquisition are gorgeous. Better yet, they look incredibly realistic, expressive, and human - which makes their attractiveness like that of real life people. The men in the game look fantastic as well, even if they're not necessarily my type romantically (<-in the 'Blackwall looks like my dad' club). My only huge complaint was the eyes, but now, well... Josephine (safe to say they fixed it), and the textures with lighter hair... which they may well fix too.

Sometimes I really just want to resort to playground tactics and be like "Well Cassandra and Vivienne are prettier than any girl you'll ever date. Nerd."
Alas, I must be a gentleman.
That would be really awkward. Good think you are a gentleman.

I like what bioware have done with Cassandra because (IMO) they have made her have a very hard, badass sort of beauty without giving her Double D size boobs and armour which only covers 10% of her body, y'know like almost every other video game does.
