From Lady Insanity Interviews David Gaider One of the hilight said
"There is an NPC you can flirt with and romance BUT it is not full-fledged, not like a companions."
That could mean we not just have one time flirt/one night stand NPC but can develop to romance.
How far we can develop this romance. In Mass Effect we can romance with NPC in Normandy (Samantha and Cortez). and I think it cool (not the same level as Squad mate romance but still good). I wander if DAI give us a romance like that or smaller ?
Opinion ???

I would assume that (like in DA:O) there are still other NPCs that you can flirt/bed. But I guess since there's talk of a specific NPC that you can flirt with, it must be an NPC you would see often so that it's set apart from the others you can flirt with?

Gaider states in the interview that it was never intended to be a full-fledged romance and that it will not amount to boyfriend/girlfriend level. Samantha and Cortez are considered full-fledged romances. I think it will stick to flirting and perhaps the NPC will come to care for the Inquisitor but I don't think it will be considered a romance/the companion LI won't confront the inquisitor for it.

Anywhere my Inquisitor can flirt, she will flirt. Makes the world go round a little smoother
I feel the same way. I'll be flirting with anyone I like ![]()

I want to roleplay as this big hulking Qunari Inquisitor who gets his kicks through messing with men/women of other races by flirting with them. Qunari are already feared, can you imagine running into one dropping terrible pick up lines at you? I think it'd be hilarious!

Yeah, this isn't really a surprise. We had the same option in DA: Origins. Actually, there was more than one NPC that you could flirt with. Just off the top of my head:
Gheyna
Bella
Desire Demons
The Pearl
There were a few in the origins themselves also, 2 in the human noble, 2 in dwarf noble, your wife/husband to be in city elf... and you could admit to watching your sister undress in the dwarf commoner :/

There was also Jethann and Zevran in DA2

That's unfortunate. I was holding out some small hope for an elven love interest for my Dalish protagonist. I don't see the mostly Andrastian options thus far wanting the same things as my elven Inquisitor. No romance run it remains, then.

The Leaping Hart? The Curdled Girdle? The Unchastened Chasind? Tender Tail of Tantervale? Whorezammar?

Scribbles doesn't seem too much of a hardline Andrastian. Sure, she's friends with Leliana, but I don't think she's a fanatic or anything.
My Inquisitor is most definitely not kindly disposed towards the Chantry, but I still plan on romancing either Cassandra or Scribbles. Bioware has said that you can have a "hate-filled romance." Maybe I'll be able to cause Cassandra to have a crisis of faith
weeeeee!
