I was just wondering about characters attributes, like will two of the same class have the same strength as each other, or same agility?

For example Ironbull and Cassandra are both warriors, so will they both have the same speed? Or the same strength?

I ask because as much as I love the story aspect, my favourite part I think will be creating the strongest team possible.

 

Sorry if someone has already asked this before but I couldn't find anything.
