Krogan Engineer? Overload (or Sabotage, but I think Overload would be a better fit), sentinel turret and incinerate...and a big-ass manifold to melee with.

 

Also, I've kinda liked the idea of a Krogan Engineer since ME2 established the precedent for the kit then.

Buffed Salarian passives- say 27.5 or 30% weapon damage instead of the weaksauce 22.5% and 25-30% headshot bonus instead of 20%.

Salarian fitness

 

Not a power house but fits nicely lore-wise. As in relying more heavily on tech instead of firepower.

Krogan engi: Fortification, tech hammer, overload. Regular rage. That sounds like a fun kit to smash things with.

Polonium Grenade- turns organics queasy with radiation sickness

Adrenaline Rush

Osmotic Ammo- adds nearest teammate's ammo power at 50 percent effect on top of your own for your current clip.

Krogan Engineer (will have the Warlord Heavy Melee hammer attack but normal Krogan Rage)

Salarian Soldier (Higher than normal Shields, Lower than normal health, Passives allow choice of bonus Rocket or Grenade)

I put dominate for the QA cause seeing as how the quarians like to sabotage stuff, I figured why not have the biotic version of that with dominate. Besides, it would have been a kick ass power to have in MP. To see a brute go toe to toe with a marauder, it's the stuff of legends. :D

Drell Sentinel:

Tech Armor, Throw, Biotic Punch.

Tech Armour is the standard kind.

Throw so there's something semi useful to spec out of.

Biotic Punch is like a mix of Biotic Hammer, Batarian heavy melee, and awesome space kung fu.

Edit: Tech Armor, not Fortification. I was thinking I'd give it something a little different, but Fortification seems to be a soldiers only thing.

I figured I'd put my own two cents in:

 

Drell Sentinel

Armored Ligaments

Overload

 

Armored Ligaments: Covers the users arms and legs in Tech Armor. Increases melee damage, movement speed, and damage reduction. Recharge penalty increased by 30%

- Melee damage bonus: +30%
- Movement speed bonus: +10%
- Damage Reduction bonus: 25%
 
Rank 2: Recharge Speed - Increase recharge speed by 25%.
Rank 3: Damage - Increase melee damage by 15%.
Rank 4a: Melee Damage Bonus - Increase melee damage by 35%. Increase movement speed by 10%
Rank 4b: Durability - Increase Damage Reduction by 10% for every enemy killed (can stack up to three times)
Rank 5a: Power Damage - Increase power damage and force by 30%.
Rank 5b: Power Recharge - Recharge Penalty removed
Rank 6a: Explosive Fists - Heavy melee attacks now carry a 50% chance to incapacitate. Heavy melee force increased 100%.
Rank 6b: Detonation - When shields are depleted, the armor explodes causing 700 damage within 5 meters. 50% chance that shields will return to half full upon detonation
 
I tried to work towards the Drells strength when it comes to melee, while also incorporating the Assault Armor evolution from ME2. I also had to find a way to work around his low barriers when it comes to damage reduction, so I took cues from the Vorcha's Bloodlust stacking mechanic and added Reave too.
