Armored Ligaments: Covers the users arms and legs in Tech Armor. Increases melee damage, movement speed, and damage reduction. Recharge penalty increased by 30%
- Melee damage bonus: +30%
- Movement speed bonus: +10%
- Damage Reduction bonus: 25%
Rank 2: Recharge Speed - Increase recharge speed by 25%.
Rank 3: Damage - Increase melee damage by 15%.
Rank 4a: Melee Damage Bonus - Increase melee damage by 35%. Increase movement speed by 10%
Rank 4b: Durability - Increase Damage Reduction by 10% for every enemy killed (can stack up to three times)
Rank 5a: Power Damage - Increase power damage and force by 30%.
Rank 5b: Power Recharge - Recharge Penalty removed
Rank 6a: Explosive Fists - Heavy melee attacks now carry a 50% chance to incapacitate. Heavy melee force increased 100%.
Rank 6b: Detonation - When shields are depleted, the armor explodes causing 700 damage within 5 meters. 50% chance that shields will return to half full upon detonation
I tried to work towards the Drells strength when it comes to melee, while also incorporating the Assault Armor evolution from ME2. I also had to find a way to work around his low barriers when it comes to damage reduction, so I took cues from the Vorcha's Bloodlust stacking mechanic and added Reave too.
