In the passives actually replace the shield boost evo with an actual headshot evo so he will be the only volus with a headshot option.
Volus fitness but raise the base health and shields up so that if the player decided to go full health and shields, it would be the same amount as the geth trooper.

1. - radius 5 m, recharge speed 10 sec, shields increased 25%, shield boost 500 shields every 10 sec (present SB's 1 sec damage immunity, only for all players in the radius)
2. - recharge speed - 8 sec
3. - shields increased +5% (=30)

a) - shields increase +20% (=50)
- increase radius by 2 m (=7)

a) - increase shield boost up to 800 shields
- increase shield boost frequency % (every 8 sec)

To crashsuit, no...no nerfing. Buff that ****! We already have a kit that has Cloak and Stims, and another that has Repair Matrix to go along with Cloak. Our Vorcha is fine
With my set-up, the GI would be officially put to shame. Incendiary Blade sounds pretty nice, too, by the way.
