Vorcha Infiltrator (I know I flipping missed it, I'm kicking myself over that atm.)
Bloodlust (instead of power damage increase the duration of cloak by two seconds with each stack)
Tac Cloak (special is increase the duration of each bloodlust stack when cloaked then break immediately)
Phase Disruptor
Vorcha passives and fitness
Vorcha Vanguard
Bloodlust
Biotic Charge (Kroguard variant but with lower base recharge time)
Inferno grenades
Vorcha passives and fitness.

Biotic charge
Flamer
Warp
Standard Vorcha Passives and fitness. This is a great kit, because of how easy Biotic and Fire Explosions can be created. Solid at both close and midrange.

Vorcha Vanguard:
Fire Charge
Flamer
Inferno grenades
Fire Charge is like Biotic charge but sets a flame effect like the Paladin's shield on the target. The rank 4b "hit multiple targets" evolution of fire Charge also primes multiple enemies for fire explosions.
Synergizes well with a whole bunch of tech/soldier/sentinel characters.

Vorcha vanguard (choices are easy IMO) :
Biotic Charge
Bloodlust
Cluster Grenades
This guy would be very hard to kill.

It's like Biotic Charge and Havoc Strike had a baby.

I guess, yeah. But Tech Charge sounds all calm and scientific, whereas Fire Charge is something one could sell tickets for. It's all about branding (awful pun intended!).
It's like Biotic Charge and Havoc Strike had a baby.
And the baby was like a cross between a Vorcha and a small dragon, yes.
Vorcha? Dragon? Think I could get Biovar onboard with this one.

Vorcha Vanguard
Havoc Strike
Bloodlust
Frag Grenade
This would work really well. Bloodlust makes up for Havoc Strike's lack of shield recharge, and Vorcha have puny shields anyway. Nice balance.

Thank you
. Not a fan of Havoc Strike normally, but on a Vorcha it should be fun.

Vorcha Elder Vanguard
Vorcha are known for their adaptability, rewriting their very DNA to survive in even the most harsh environments. Unfortunately, infighting limits the age of a vorcha, as competition for resources and mates frequently devolve into a bloodbath. Occasionally though, one individual will reign supreme over the others, reaching immense ages due to their unsurpassed survivability. When Aria T'Loak united the mercenary gangs of the Terminus Systems, several of these elders decided that now was the time to spread vorcha supremacy across the galaxy.
Biotic Charge (melee/weapon damage bonuses)
Biotic Focus
Bloodlust
Base 750 health, 500 Shields

Vorcha Vanguard
Vorcha Strike - A fart so hard it will propel the Vorcha towards its target. The toxic gas coming out of his ass deals poison damage (Vorcha variant of buttlazoring stuff).
OmniCSaw - Advanced Omni-Chainsaw with a time based cooldown like Flamer
Bloodlust

What's better than shields? More shields!
Quarian Sentinel (625/700(2800)/700(2800))
Tech Armor
Overloaded Shield Boost: Does electrical damage to all enemies in a radius as well as restoring the users shields. The more enemies it hits(it can only damage three, but being in proximity to more still counts), the faster its recharge speed. The shields it gives are fairly small, but stack and have a limit of 4x the maximum normal shields. If damaged, they will not automatically regenerate until below the normal cap, at which point they will regenerate normally. These special shields are highly resistant to biotic based attacks, but very weak against tech, taking double damage.
1. Restores 250 shields. 400 damage(+175% vs barriers and shields), +10% recharge speed per enemy in radius. 10 second recharge, 4m radius.
2. Increase recharge speed by 25%
3. Increase damage, force, and shields restored by 25%
4a. Increase radius by 40% and recharge speed by an additional 8% per enemy in radius.
4b. Increase damage by 25% and shields restored by 15%. Add a shock effect that can be detonated.
5a. Increase maximum targets damaged by one and radius and force by 35%
5b. Give 40% DR for 5 seconds.
6a. Increase recharge speed by 35% and an additional 10% per enemy in radius.
6b. Increase damage to shields and barriers by 65%
Pulsed Biotic Barrier: Does biotic damage to all enemies in a radius as well as giving the user barriers. The more enemies it hits, the faster its recharge speed. These barriers will replace the users shields; this means that the user has to start over at low barriers and recharge/boost their way back up to their maximum level. Very resistant against tech attacks, but very weak against biotics, taking double damage.
1. Restores 300 Barriers. 400 damage(+125% vs barriers and armor), +10% recharge speed per enemy in radius. 12 second recharge, 3m radius.
2. Increase recharge speed by 25%
3. Increase damage by 30% and gives 15% DR for 6 seconds.
4a. Add a biotic effect that can be detonated. +30% damage.
4b. Weaken armor by 50% and slow affected targets by 35%. Increase shields restored by 25%.
5a. Increase radius by 25% and recharge speed by 10% per additional enemy.
5b. Increase barriers restored by 50%. Add an additional 15% DR for 6 seconds.
6a. Increase movement speed by 100% for 1.5 seconds, increase shields restored by 25%.
6b. Decrease maximum number of targets by one. Increase damage by 50%. Increase damage versus barriers and armor by 50%.

Female Quarian Sentinel:
Energy drain.
Cryo blast.
Throw.
DR, long range stagger, and shield stripping provided by energy drain, cryo blast->throw gives very quick CB's on mooks, throw does extra damage to frozen targets, and cryo blast gives debuff for bosses.
Male Quarian Sentinel:
Reave.
Incinerate.
Tac scan.
Totally incapable of self-detonating, barring ammo of course, but can detonate for team-mates nicely, and provide debuff and wallhax for them too.

I was cursing myself for missing this one. So here it is.
Vorcha Scavenger Infiltrator
Tactical Cloak: +25% SMG Damage (MOAR DAKKA)
Bloodlust
Devastator Mode
Damaged T5-V Battlesuit (Whenever the shield gate is broken, there is a small chance that the battlesuit's reactor will explosively vent, downing the wearer and doing heavy damage to allies and enemies in the vicinity)
As the war has dragged on, an increasing number of elite troops have been lost. While their loss is damaging to centralized military, some others have managed to take advantage of the large quantities of damaged and abandoned parts on the battlefield, and have managed to scavenge a surprising amount of usable parts from their bodies. While the ethics of this is questionable, their increased efficiency on the battlefield is not.
Some blood-pack vorcha have cobbled together scavenged N7 Destroyer T5-V Battlesuits and Tactical Cloaks modified for their more aggressive style of combat. Unfortunately this combination is not always entirely safe, leaving only the boldest(or stupidest) to wield them.

Quarian Sentinel
Tech Armour
Sabotage
Energy drain
600/500 standard Quarian shields/health and Quarksman passives (with the 30% weapon damage increase instead of the 22.5% of the other Quarians)
A Quarian with biotic space magic is sacrelige, ergo two tech abilities. Energy drain's rank 6 armour evo DR would stack with Tech Armour's. Quarians are sorely lacking a tanky char and this would do quite nicely.
I mostly just want a power set that somewhat resembles Tali's from SP.
