I tried searching for it but couldn't find it.  Everything I'm seeing says Celene became Empress in 9:20 after the death of Florian but in The Calling Maric mentions meeting the new Empress  in 9:10 during the epilogue.  I know the book had some timeline issues due to editting and I wasn't sure if this was one of them or if there was someone was actually Empress between them.  I haven't read Masked Empire so I've been wary to look too deeply into Celene until I get the time.

If it was in 9:10 she'd be 6 when she became empress. So I think 9:20 is right.

She has also been Empress for 20 years and the year now is 9:40, so definitely 9:20 is when she was invested.   If in doubt, go by the timeline on the website - I believe it supersedes anything else.

No one will have actually been Empress as in the ruler, but certainly Florian's wife will have been Empress. Could that work.

Lol I know this is off topic but I love me some celene ha damn I wanted to Romance her and become emperor but I guess not :/

Quite possible.  Maric mentions it in the epilogue of The Calling when a particular baby shows up, so that would be the solution that makes the most sense.
