3) the keep does all that. I guess you'd pick options from both games

Romances confirmed so far: Cassandra, Cullen, Dorian, Josephine and Sera (Iron Bull?)

 

Mage specializations are: Necromancer and Knight Enchanter. There will be a third one, but it has not yet been confirmed.

 

You will no longer directly import from any of the games. DA:I will launch with acces to a new feature called the Dragon Age Keep, which is a website that allows you to set the various world states for your future games. That means any choice in any of the games that will have a future impact on the world, will be an option to toggle ona nd off (and how you handled them).

 

Each different race (and possibly class) will have a unique background. However this time around you do not play an origin story.

4. Inquisitors have a non-playable background depending on race and class. Humans are nobles (and presumably Circle mages if a mage), elves are Dalish, dwarves are surface dwarves, and qunari are Vashoth, or not of the Qun.

You could play as a female qunari. Then every romance is a female qunari romance! But Vivienne is the closest thing you'll get to a female qunari romance in this game, and even then she's not confirmed.

No real information on them. Other than that Dorian is probably the party's Necromancer and Vivienne the Knight Enchanter.

No info yet on Necromancer.

 

Knight Enchanters are melee range mages that summons blade of energy. Less  tanky than DAO Arcane Warrior.

Nooo, not necessarily; bisexual means a person is attracted to both men and women. Meanwhile a pansexual person can feel attraction for any person, regardless of gender identity or sex (because not all people strongly identify as either man or woman).

I believe that it was referenced in an interview, which most take as an unofficial confirmation.

 

Also, I have no doubt that the third specialization IS Rift Mage, it is just that I won't list it as one, until it is actually confirmed.
