No, the actor Jacob was moddeled after just kinda looks like Kanye a bit.   I'm pretty sure it's the face of the Voice Actor.

This doesn't seem racist as far as I can tell - appears to be a valid comparison, but now I think I can't get that bloody Kanye West picture out of my head. *attempts to make it go away* They do seem to have similarities (unfortunate, since Kanye is jerk).

Ponderous, they do look pretty similar, same facial hair, eyes, hair style.. The only difference I can see is Jacob's ears look different, and I can't really tell if they share the same jawline because of the angle Jacob is looking.
