Well, if you read the Drell info you'd know that they're not fish, their ancestors were reptilian (albeit warm-blooded evidently). They don't even  like water all that much and he wouldn't want to be in your fish tank. *cough*

I used gimp, it's a bit cumbersom but free. Has pretty much everything Photoshop has.

Should be able to as long as you don't do to much stuff. The reason you need a good computer for editing is due to the need for massive amounts of memory to store all your changes and open images. As long as you keep clearing your cache or simply only do a couple changes to an image you should be fine. Seeing how you got paint to run just fine it shouldnt be a problem as long as you don't get to serious.

i could point out many differences in their facial structures, but in the OP's defense, some are very slight. (some are more pronounced, like the nose, and the ears, and jacob does not have a mustache.) combined with the similar hairstyle and goatee, there is a very strong resemblance.
