I've run into an issue with Tali and her equipment. This morning after completing a side quest, I went to her locker to transfer some new equipment over; however, most of her equipment disappeared. She has no armor listed as selected (although the graphical picture indicates she's wearing a Hydra). She has no assault rifle, pistol or shotgun and only a sniper rifle remains in her inventory.

I tried giving her some new equipment, but the game's UI just freezes and I have to exit to the dashboard to reset the game. However, this didn't fix the issue. Does anyone have a solution for this glitch?
