Steam preload is still not available.

For me it is i'm at 3% now you may need to restart your client for the option to become avaliable!!

Steam pre-load is available, you need to update your client first. File - Settings - Account Tab, check out the beta participation. Restart Steam, and start pre-loading

Addendum: This is only for North American players, everyone else will be able to preload withing 48 hours of the games official release.

Just one thing I forgot to mention, this is only for North American pre-loaders. Everyone else should be able to pre-load within 48 hours of the games official release.

It's at 1% for me, downloading at 1.4 MB/s.

I'm downloading at 3.9mb it's almost ludicrous speed!!
