I would like to know whether or not there are people at your camp who are helpful in ways other than the companions and advisers.

 

EX.  Sandal enchanting your weapons and armor.  Dagna teaching you how to create devices that combine technology and magic.  Wade selling expensive and rare armors (or blueprints for them), etc.

 

I would personally love to see that.  I'd also love to see them (the merchants and artisans who join the Inqusition) each have a little side quest and/or a role in the overall story.

Chances are, yes. We basically get a whole army and castle full of support staff.

I'm glad you made this thread xD Becuase I've posted this on a couple threads already but I can so see a "Suikoden"esque thing happening here where you can have the potential to recruit people to work in your fortress to do stuff, like selling wares, teaching things, crafting, farming, all different types of services that would make the skyhold even better. Though I'm not sure if something in the scale of Suikoden would be implemented where you'd have a special npc for weapons and armor, another npc for this and that. But it'd be nice! Though the devs already said that unfortunately the gay smithing couple won't be reappearing, which is a shame  

 

Personally I would like someone who's perhaps an appearance modifier. Like a Barber or even a Tattooist, because you know, what if? XD

I too, am interested in hearing about these people.
