If you have pointer trails enabled you should disable it and see if that fixes it. I know that happens with other games.

I have disabled the pointer trails and still have no mouse pointer in the game. Any more ideas? This is with Windows 7.

This issue is happening to me now. Mouse Highlights buttons when it passes over them but is not visible rendering the game unplayable. I Was able to play the game Last night fine with the mouse visible but today on starting the game The mouse is not visible in load in screen, options but the mouse works fine outside of Dragon Age. Has any one found a fix for this issue

For both of the last two people, have either of you experimented with different (video) drivers? For Wiglaf, what happens when you remove Logitech's mouse driver, and run the ganme with Windows' own default mouse driver?
For anyone with this symptom, let's follow good diagnostic habits, and report on your hardware, windows version, plus service packs, and your drivers, and let's each create an individual message thread, instead of just a mere "Me, too."

Addendum...
Lost mouse is in Full Screen Mode only. If played in Window the mouse functions fine
Mouse is the G-9 Mouse not the G-5 I mistyped
Video, Mouse driver up to date. I am able to play well enough in Windowed mode so I am just using that although my Framerate is much higher am installing on my Laptop and will test mouse issues there as well.
As the first posters stated about the Mouse being lost if OS mouse trails were turned on That has been the solution for me as well. So this issue really seems to be a conflict between MS Mouse Pointer trails= Enabled and the Full screen mode of the game.
Disableing fixed the issue on my mouse as well

I'm having almost the same problem. After a while the mouse pointer changes to a flickering square.
Running Windows 7 x64, Radeon 5770 (latest drivers), Logitech MX510 (no W7 drivers available, so it's running with windows drivers).
I'm running the game in full screen mode. If I quit the game the cursor is still ****ed up in Windows so I have to reboot the computer to get it back to normal.
Don't have similar problems when running other games.
I'll check if I have mouse trails enabled in windows when I get back home. I'm pretty sure they're disabled.
Edit: Yep, mouse trails is disabled.
