I'm having two problems in NWN2's original campaign, Act III:
1. In Crossroad Keep, Calindra and Jacoby have simply disappeared.
2. I'm trying to get to Highcliff to get the lizardmen alliance; on the way, I meet Gera and Zachan being attacked and save them, but nothing happens. I believe a conversation is supposed to trigger with Gera, but it won't.
So... what should I do? Any help would be appreciated.

notes:
1. really not sure about those, but they should reset Jacoby and Calindra so they appear when *next* entering their areas.
2. ... GroupOnDeathBeginConversation fudge ... If the dialog doesn't start i'll get the specific thing to set so you can leave the area.
