Will Dragon Age: Inquisition continue the romance Dragon Age: Origins between the Warden and Leliana and/or Morrigan from? I hope so!

Given that Morrigan and Leliana are making a return in Dragon Age: Inquisition and also given that Bioware said that The Warden might make a return as well, I was curious as to whether the romance that my character from Dragon Age: Origins had will continue or at least be mentioned somewhat in Dragon Age: Inquisition:unsure:

In Origins, I was a human mage and romanced Morrigan, had a child with her and followed her through the mirror portal in the Witch Hunt DLC. Now that Morrigan is making a return, I am worried as to whether Bioware will completely leave out all of what my character did with Morrigan and making it to where the following will occur, which would be:

1. Morrigan will not be seen with my character from Origins in Inquisition.

2. Not encounter my character and have a romantic reunion with him.

3. Simply not mention him at all.

All three of these would suck! :(  Given that at the end of Dragon Age II and how Leliana and Cassandra where on a mission to find both The Warden and Hawke, I most certainly hope that depending on the players choices in both games, especially given the choices that I made in Origins when it came to my character and Morrigan, I certainly hope Bioware makes it to where Morrigan is the one who knows where The Warden is and leads The Inquisitor to him and the Old God Child that my character had with Morrigan or something along the lines of this anyway.  ^_^

That's the reason Leliana isn't a LI, because its possible she already has an ongoing romance, depending on the world state you pick from the Keep.   In regards to OGB, I think it was David Gaider that said its determined by the keep, if you had a romance but didn't do Dark Ritual, no OGB but regular baby, if you did Dark Ritual OGB, if you never romanced her and didn't do OGB Dark Ritual, no baby.

I figure the most we will get is mentions of the Warden/Hawke but not see them, which I'd be ok with.  Maybe come correspondence through Josephine would be nice.

Like jawzzus said It'll depend on your world state import from The Keep, as much as I'd love to see them both onscreen a mention is more likely given how some portion's of the fanbase will flip out with the "but its not MY Warden/Hawke cos Reasons!" that is mostly based on appearance/conflict with headcannon.Hawke's a bit easier to show on screen as you could get away with the default appearance for male/female since the race options were human and er human with a extra helping of human, Wrden would be more problomatic with something like a helm obscuring the face due to the multiple race options available in DAO.

Makes me wonder if the "search for Hawke" that we see in the end of DA2 was ordered by "our Inquisitor" or whether it takes place before, I could be wrong but I seem to recall something about Leliana is recruited into "The Inquisition" by our Inquisitor so maybe we have to send her on a side mission to "find the Warden" just as Cassandra was sent to "find Hawke" The latter is how I guess Varric is involved maybe he was looking for Hawke too ?

If the inquisitor is just like the warden only with an actual voice like hawke, then I'm sure we will see the warden.

My warden is dead so I don't want to see them. Or my Hawke since she ran off with Sebastian.

I'm one that likes to keep them all separate I guess

Why did you bold the names?

Not likely, since there is no direct importing from the previous games.  The Keep will let us input our choices from previous games, but I highly doubt it will have a "rebuild your Warden" character creator.  With no way to recreate the appearance of your Warden, they won't try to show them (because who would want to see some random default standing where your Warden is supposed to be?).

The most we'll probably get is a vague mention at some point.

ya know there is always the option that they show up but are just in armor/have a hood on. Might even be a fight if we decide we wanna stab someone the warden likes.

Trying to converse would be hilarious, every question you can ask is answered with silence.
