Correct me if I'm wrong, as I have no way to check, since I own no Bioware games, but the games you have logged into your Bioware account have the cd-keys attached.

I'm trying to access my old old account so I can get my NWN keys. I have the email, but the password was one of those dumb one-timers that you forget.

The thing is I totes can send a reset to my email, and can totes log into that email — (Kettlechips@hotmail.com) but the reset link absofrigginlutely does not go there, so no cigar. Not only that, I have no way to check where it actually does go. I've tried what I believe to be all my old emails, but to no avail. No link. It says it is sent to the account associated with the ea origins that I set up with it, but there's almost no way in hell that I ever expanded that account into origins.

All of the online support is limited to their new games only, I can't even figure out if I can send them an email or not. If anybody knows how to check what email the reset would possibly be sent to (I might just be forgetting).

Or can set it up so the reset is actually sent to my old email. The email of the account, that I have the password to, that I can go to.

Whomever can hypothetically resolve this issue, give me a request on the piano and I'll send you a youtube link of a live play, that's all I got.

Considering that NWN's Gamespy server is gone, CD keys for NWN 1 are practically worthless at this point.  Those in the know, correct me if I'm wrong.  I am guessing each registered game would come attached with a CD key.  The thing is, your NWN1 cd key was part of the OLD BioWare site.  That is nowhere now.  You should reach out to Jesse and Jessica to see if they can somehow dig up the database from the grave to help you.  Otherwise, your cd keys are lost.

I looked up kettlechips@hotmail.com in the EA user database and didn't find an account. However, if you created an account for NWN using that email it wouldn't have created an EA account as back then BioWare wasn't part of EA.

As niniendowarrior mentioned NWN shouldn't require CD keys any longer. You can get more details on how to get the game running over in the NWN boards:

You still need the CD keys just to install the games.  It won't let you do so without them.

The thread OP is going to need to try emailing or telephoning tech support to see if they can somehow issue new CD Keys because those old CD keys are probably going to be completely lost at this point.

Good point on the install.  I doubt new CD keys will be issued though.

So which version is it? All versions that came on cd had the serial on a label underneath the three disks. Diamond on the other hand has it in a small booklet inside the case. I'm guessing that as you say games it is the diamond edition (serials in booklet) and not the individual games or the gold edition. So if cannot find the case/booklet and you want to play nwn I'm afraid you'll have to get it again from an on-line store. GOG for example are selling the diamond edition for $9.99.
