I have no idea what anything of that tastes like, so I trust you guys on that. Send me a message when you will need money, because I'll be away next week, and I'm not sure if I can check the forum there. I understand we need to contribute at least 16 canadian dollars each, right? Preferably more, because there is also the delivery, right? 

I will have the answer for you tomorrow! (As long as the bakery gets back to me in the morning as they have all week) 

I'm going to email them the final plans now.

Sounds completely amazing and I think red velvet would be a great additional flavour.

 

My only concern is the delivery date.  I would ask them when the earliest they can fill the order is and then go with that.  I think it would be a real shame to have 1/2 the people we want to thank and support miss out because they've moved off the project.

Also I've had a quick message from Boom today and said that's she's unable to coordinate any of this unfortunately so she asked if someone else can take over and I've messaged back to say it's already int he works thanks to GiggleLam (Not sure when she'll be able to read it tho). It was a very quick message so I don't know if she'll be able to contribute atm so I would say lets just go ahead with what GiggleLam's been so great organising.

Saw a tweet this morning that John Epler will be on vacation for the next 3 weeks. October 17 is the Friday before he returns. Just letting you all know in case we want to tweak the delivery date.. then again, maybe someone will save him a piece for when he gets back the following Monday.

My only thing with the delivery date is that the bakery seems to be busy in the beginning of October with orders and shutting down for cleaning and maintenance so I'm not sure they could complete it any sooner. It's sad that Epler won't be there (maybe someone will tell him and he'll run in for cake ) but I worry that if we put it any later others will be on vacation as well. I'd imagine they are going gold soon.

How is the thank you letter getting there/who is writing it? I can ask the bakery to send it along or we can secretly message Allan it and he can print it off since he's been slightly informed of this plan lol

From the other thread, Shadowreign was going to write it.. but not sure how it was going to get there.

Yes, ShadowReign was writing the letter and we should pass it on to the bakery so BioWare gets the letter together we the cakes. I can contact Shadow on Twitter. I know that there is a sick family member and she is less active now on the BSN but I could imagine that she still wants to contribute. 

 

Edit: Did you ask the bakery if they could take pictures of the cakes for us?

Aaaaah I have caught up to all my emails! 

Currently 19 of 29 people have paid and some have mentioned they will be sending payment this week.

We're so close! 5 people still need to pay, one has mentioned that it will be this week. I'll send the others an email on Friday if I've heard nothing :3

It's Friday! Now I went over the list and I realized that I forgot to add a name of someone who paid. So I'm currently missing 4 payments. One has talked to me already and I'm not sure what's going on with Boom but I could take on her payment.  

Does anyone know Lost_In_Anarchy or PrincessSparklefist on twitter or something? Nether have read the message so I'm assuming they haven't been back on BSN for sometime, so I can't really message them again as they haven't seen the first one.

I'm a bit worried about Boom. I hope everything is alright. About the other two users I can't say anything and it's a bit unfortunate that they are not responding. Maybe it took us so long with the cakes that they gave up?

 

What if we split the rest of the cost between us? Wouldn't it be something like 2,25 CAD for everyone (4 missing payments x 16,20 CAD = 64,80 CAD, divided by 29 ? members). I don't know if the rest agrees with me but I don't like the idea that Giggle  takes on someones payment. It's fairer if we share the cost.
