I just read an article on a dependable source that in Comic-Con BioWare Montreal and...the other branch are going to release and reveal new details and possible a trailer about Mass Effect 4. What do you think guys? can that be true? what will it be like in you opinion? what would be the setting and the story? when will it be? characters? what do you like to see?

I'd like to see: some new/really good gameplay (multiplayer), and something to get me excited about the new story they're gonna tell. But most importantly: Krogan! I want to play as Krogan "Shepard", and have the ability for others to play as their favorite race, too. And I'm really hopin' they take advantage/make good use of destructible environments; the ME series was never really a game with " groundbreaking" gameplay. But, BioWare has progressed with each ME installment; I'm hopin' for them to have a "breakthrough" with this game!
Good points. Also I would like to see better romance interaction and the process of getting there, you know. Like I don`t know, working your ass of to get them like you?
That playing as any race is cool. I like it. But not Vorcha. They are like...disgusting imo. But playing as a Korgan can be fun.
I would also see a better voice acting for a female "shepard". oh and every romance option be available to everyone.

I would suspect that anything we get on Mass Effect 4 at this point will be pretty minimal as they're still full ahead on the hype train of Dragon Age: Inquisition.
As far as romance goes, I imagine that their stance will be the same as it's been for DA:I which is mostly "Something for everybody, but not everything for everybody" which I'm more of a fan of over the "everybody in the galaxy is bi-sexual" that Dragon Age 2 had going on.

True having every romance option biis kind of a weak point. But it also is a strong point. Because for example someone like me wanted his male Shep to Romance Samantha. There was no way for that so I had to play as a female. And because I found the female voice acting terrible and artificial, I was disappointed.

Another point it that when we were playing ME2, producers said that romancing another LI while your LI from precious game is alive, Like romancing Miranda with Ash alive, will have consequences in ME3. But I saw nothing of this consequence. I would like to see this. Romance or friendship with NPC`s or companions/squadmates have consequences and affect certain dialogues and gameplay.

Yeah. And in the past even if you try to be mix, you will miss certain dialogue choice and well, miss some parts of the game.

Well they are having a panel on the next Mass Effect in SDCC this month, but as far whether or not they're going to show anything substantial, we don't know.
Mass Effect developers from the Edmonton and Montreal studios discuss what it's like to expand on a well-established and beloved video game franchise. Panelists Carl Boulay (lead animator), Fabrice Condominas (producer), Mike Gamble(producer), Noel Lukasewich (senior artist), and Jessica Merizan (community manager), share their experiences in shaping the next Mass Effect game with new possibilities while staying true to the critically acclaimed series. Very True. Or in ME3 I wwanted to do some things differently but this millitary strength tied my hands. Specially when you can not play online and your strength is cut in half.
In my experience. ME2 had a nice combination of everything.

Hey that is exactly what I meant in my OP. I have also heard there is a poll on xboxtalk(or something( about what fans want ME4 to be.

I'm actually a fan of not having all content available on a single playthrough. It makes the world feel a bit more believable and natural when it happens like that, and it's awesome to come across content that's unique for your type of character setup.
I also wouldn't mind seeing more meaningful choice. Mass Effect has tons of choices, but very few of them actually have a significant effect. They don't all need to be earth shattering consequences, but something like letting the council die in the first game ultimately had next to no real effect despite it being a fairly big deal.

Having Uniue things for certain characters makes the game unique true but all I am saying is that dont make it something that kind of discourages playing the game for like a new experience. And of course everything should not be provided at irst.
That is what I was talking about when I said in my example there were no consequence in romancing two LI`s.

But what about the setting? Will it be after the events of ME3 or before the ME trilogy? IIn my opinion before ME trilogy seems like the most logical and better choice. Because i is in the past, say like during the first contact ware, we can see and feel and experience why some races are hostile to human race. And it gives a better flexibility in terms making other races playable and even helping us see things through their eyes and their side of the war. But then again, if choose the future, which more likely as they kept saying "now Mass Effect universe si so vast and challenging", it has a lot of potential. The downside of past is that we have less connectivity with ME trilogy events and so called transformation of choices may seem irrelevant in connection to the trilogy. While the future time frame allows for manipulation of content to suit the different ending with a save importing feature, which lowers the chance of a new experience while past setting provides that new experience.

The main thing I wanna see in Mass Effect 4 is elcor as a playable race, so I can be an elcor biotic.
With two elcor companions, so I can have a team of elcor.
And a krogan as a romance option.
