If the Slayer is hosting, and it is a larger map, he will win rather easily.
If the Slayer is off-host and they are playing Glacier, then the Fury wins
And there's a sliding scale between those scenarios
Pretty much a well played Slayer will have the edge

Slayer. Both can kill spawns fast, slayer can get to the spawns faster.
Small map and maybe the Fury take it.

Having said that Phase Disruptor is the most host sensitive power in the game IMO (edges out BC)

However if you're asking who scores the most... Then it's fury against reapers/collectors on any map. Fury against geth and Cerberus in very close maps, slayer against those in large and semi large maps.
