Playing a different gender character makes no difference - all it does is adding to the variety. (And a chance to look at a female bottom a whole match.)

Playing with a different gender player makes no difference either - all it does is adding to the variety. (And a chance to listen to a pleasant voice.)

I used to like playing as a Salarian because they're cute and look like me. Buuuut... I did tend to mostly play as an Asari. I don't know why.

K I know what you look like and Salarian's don't look hot, that's all I'm gonna say.

Well this thread certainly disappointed, I thought there would be a little more war of the sexes. Instead we all agreed the guy mentioned in the OP was a douche. Maybe we can liven this up a bit.

We should have gender customizations in the next game for each kit. I mean some of us "super" manly men can't be expected to save the universe with a kit that can't pee standing up; and can the ladies really be expected to fight with kits that aren't responsible enough to put the toilet lid down?

I knew this Christmas game will hunt me forever. That was the last time I painted pink for you, guys!

Oh, he behaves most of the time. But it´s better to not think about what´s going on in his perverted mind, trust me

The picture was to capture the one time special occasion that was Pink Power Play

I was not the one who gave an Asari Lap Dance in game.  while the pugs fought the Collectors for us.

So would you objectify your Asari teammate even if she's played by a guy?

Asari ass is awesome regardless, but drooling over a Juggy requires more commitment than I have.  Even if's it you playing it  ;)

But of course! She needs to be fit enough to constantly pick up her teammates.

"On your feet, N7!" and all that.

You are obviously not playing this game just for the combat!  I salute you, sir!

:police:

I thought this was a joke thread... or is it?  Adine, IMHO, I think the guy was saying that as an awkward way to hit on you.  Kinda like "Can I buy you a drink?" or "Hey baby, what's your sign?"

Ha ha, no it actually happened just like that but it was kind of silly. Hm, didn't consider that possibility but I didn't get the feeling he was being polite in any sense. Might have just been drunk tho. :)

I'm  not sure that's exactly how he meant it, more that the first three are more macho, you know? :) And therefore ill suited to a girl's image.

I know, that is what I meant.  ;)

As a lady gamer, I certainly appreciate the opportunity to play as a female character. It's what got me interested in Mass Effect in the first place. I never would have spent 100 hours on all three games if I had to play as BroShep.

As far as multiplayer goes, it's all about their abilities and how much fun I have with them. I tend to favor the tech classes more than the biotics, and therefore I don't play as Asari all that often. I do love the N7 Fury and Asari Valkyrie Sentinel with their annihilation fields, and the biotic combos on the Adept are just so fast and insane.

If all the characters were made available to me at once in the multiplayer, I'd probably check out the ladies first, but when it comes down to it, it's what the characters can do.

Based on my experience, he wasn't polite probably due to a lack of social skills, not from a lack of interest.  I dunno why I have to keep telling people... the draw of gamer grills is all powerful.

:wizard:

Sorry Aetika, but my AA is way hawter.  Having people checking her out does make it rather uncomfortable.  Maybe we should start a topic on that.

I didn't know you checked out female characters, Pearl. My question was more personally directed at Sabre to be honest, just to know what goes through his perverted mind if one day we play again in the same lobby xD

I would like to say in my defence that I really only have perverted thoughts about the one Hawt Gurl Gamer

Alright, to all you posters claiming to be female - pics, or it didn't happen.

I confess, when playing the vanilla humans, I do tend to run the female versions .. can't say why, guess I just like the women who can take control ...

In that game pic from SaberRacer, it looks like LordUzur is either about to be stomped, or is using a kit with AF .. probably the former .. oh look!!!! Squirrel!!!

The notion that there are female gamers? Psst, ridiculous. It's more likely that there's an island of warrior, virgin princesses.  Cassandra Saturn is as close as we'll get to a grill gamer.

I prefer female characters because they make smaller hit boxes

But seriously, ME3MP set sort of a precedent for my selection. Normally in every RPG where you could chose, I would play as a male so I can better relate to my character. But ME3MP changed that since women dominate it.

That wasn't the question. I wanted to know if you would drool on Megawug's Asari for example. What if he had a Liara skin for her?

I think I've said way too much already

Actually not, you have to spill it out now!

--------

To those who doubt, there are a lot of ladies on this forum and I've seen pictures. They're all hotties and some probably even prettier than any Asari Adept.
