Beats me but I know he'll make a reference to Dorian's mustache. 

 

Also remember, he doesn't give everyone a nickname. Hawke, Aveline, and Fenris didn't get nicknames; unless you consider calling Fenris "Elf" legitimate.

 

I don't think he'll call Cassandra or Iron Bull anything, except maybe address Cassandra as "Seeker." Let's not forget the animosity they said Varric would have for these two.

 

I really hope he calls Blackwall "Feathers" in reference to Merrill

I think that "Seeker" is dead on for Cass.  The rest?  Not so sure.  I mean, who would have guessed "Daisy" for Merrill?  Or "Sunshine" for Bethany?

Though I doubt it, it would be hilarious if he called Josephine "Scribbles". 

Sadly, he won't. When asked if it would be in the game on Twitter, her writer said "I'm afraid not. It's a pretty good one, though."

Nope, everyone had one. He called Fenris "Broody". Hawke's was revealed in MotA, it depends on his/her personality - it's Chuckles for sarcastic and Killer for agressive (don't remember the one for the diplomatic though, but you got the idea).

 

Never paid much attention to Aveline, but I'm sure she also has one. I remember Isabella called her "Big girl" (well, among other things xD).

I personally liked to call Cullen "Templar friend" in DAO. Felt kinda ironic.

For diplomatic Hawke it was Waffles. Aveline didn't get one, though.

Yeah, it got my interest and I've checked their banter. She asked him why she doesn't have a nickname and he couldn't manage anything better than "Red" for her, but it's kinda lame so Aveline that is.

But the real reason why he doesn't call her anything it's that she scares the hell out of him, anyway xD
