Numbers will eventually win out.  Mages are not invulnerable or unstoppable.  Even abominations aren't unkillable.  And every fully trained mage that dies or goes abomination is an almost irreplaceable resource lost.

Abominations can take out entire armies and that's only the regular kind,Arcane Horrors and Revenants are capable of much worse. The commoners stand no chance in this scenario.

1.As i said dalish are small number of peoples and causes many disasters i pointed them despite being small society.

It's true that there aren't many Dalish, but they still elevate mages to positions of power and get along just fine the majority of time. Also, you're taking isolated incidents and extrapolating them to the entire population. You've only given me three examples, at least one of which doesn't even need to happen canonically (Merrill's personal quest).

Show me a non-mage that created blight or created breach then we can talk.

The bolded is baseless conjecture. We don't know what created the breach.

So when my Hawke killed about 6 abominations at the same time, he was doing the equivilant of destroying 6 armies?

Yes it has. Broken Circle is a perfect example of how prevention works.

The mages were all kept away from human society. Worst case scenarion ocurred and a Pride Demon started to build an army.

How many civillians died? Zero. How many died because Connor became an Abomination outside of the Circle? Nearly the whole of Redcliff.

Therefore, the system works.

If Isolde hadn't been afraid to send Connor to the Circle in the first place, where he could be properly trained, Redcliffe would not have happened. Isolde wouldn't have been afraid if she thought she would be able to ever see him again. The system would work better if mages were given more freedom and trained.

Rly it works do i have mention Anders 8 escapes , malcolm hawke who escaped from circle , mages from starkhaven , blood mages in kirkwall , meredith quest where mages escaped. Not to mention many others.

You can mention Anders' 8 escapes if you also mention his 8 captures.

Zathrian cursed the humans who murdered his son and raped his daughter, while Marethari let Audacity loose and is killed by Merrill and Hawke right afterwards. I'm not seeing that as "many disasters" when you consider there are a multitude of clans, and the simple fact that the tribes have existed for centuries since the fall of the Dales.

TME

You mean Clan Virnehn, with the Keeper and warleader who used magic that involved spirits to summon a spirit of choice, despite WoT making it clear that the Dalish traditionally prohibit this kind of behavior? I don't see how an atypical clan is representative of the Dalish as a whole.

The games downplay the power of abominations, the lore however describes a single abomination as being capable of killing a small army.

So, when Hawke fails to defeat the Templars in the Pro-Mage ending, they must be worth like, 60 armies.

What about Ser Reinar?

"Reiner proved himself on a mission to rescue several mages from a demon. Upon seeing the creature, the other Templars fell back in fear. Only Reiner held position, his father's shield in front of him. He killed the demon and saved both the mages and his fellow Templars."

Is he worth an army too?

1.As i said it is small society can't be compared do big one (for example in matters like corruption) and those your mages in that society were proven to be dangerous and toxic and i gave you more than 3 examples as we have Zathrian , Merril , Velanna ,Marethari oh not to mention dalish from TME who summoned powerful demon.

Yep which doesn't change fact he could still cause damage in that time well and i don't have to say i hope that he did.

Gamlen, who doesn't have a sovereign to his name, was able to see Bethany.

And Isolde expects me to believe she, an Arlessa, would have never seen Connor again?

She's just being a mother hen who can't be bothered to be apart from her son for more than five minutes even if he is a threat to the whole city.

It isn't ALL Abominations that are so powerful. But Abominations CAN be that powerful. That is the reason mages are feared after all (in part).

The power of an abomination can range, but it's not unheard of for an abomination to be taken down. Merrill says the clan will kill a mage who becomes an abomination, so it doesn't necessarily take an army to defeat one.

Why are Marethari and Merrill separate examples? Marethari only did what she did because of Merrill. And I haven't read TME, but see LobselVith8's reply above.

Of course your player character did.

While the "1 Abomination = 1 army" is certainly hyperbole, keep in mind that within the lore an entire unit of Templars will **** their pants at the sight of one Revenant.

Bethany was never in the Circle. Those examples aren't comparable in the slightest.

Isolde's expectations may differ due to how things are handled in Orlais, rather than how things operate in Ferelden under Greagoir's watch. At the time Bethany can be brought to the Circle of Kirkwall, Hawke has already gained a fortune from the Deep Roads, and becomes part of the examples of wealthy nobility who can see their family in the Circle, while a child like Ella tried to leave the Circle in order to let her mother know what happened to her.

I don't rly care there will be always reason for revenge or to reach for blood magic or just turn into abomnation that are only excuses "oh my mom was sick" "oh bandits attacked me" "oh my father abused me"... *1000 excuses and disasters later* .So do circles and tevinter empire same for redcliff.

Yep it was only exception if we exclude zathrian that summoned powerful spirit/demon (another clan) merril playing with demons (another clan) and Velanna who send possessed trees after us (another clan).

Because they are 2  indivduals

2.Demo demo demo

Ah, my mistake, I thought you were referring to something else. Anyway, Kirkwall is different in that mages are highly accessible. You see them walking around all the time in the Gallows. You can even chat with them (though apparently they're punished for it at times).

I'm not addressing the intent behind these incidents. What happened to Zathrian and Marethari doesn't equate to numerous examples. There are an innumerable number of clans in Thedas, and you're acting as though we're privy to how the majority of them are conducting themselves, when that couldn't be further from the truth.

We don't know that Velanna dealt with any spirits, because WoT reads that the Dalish have a command over nature (which would explain commanding trees to attack the Warden-Commander), due to how their magic has evolved. "Their spells have evolved to be deeply rooted in nature, manipulating earthly forces with a heavy emphasis on herbalism and healing." (page 104)

Either they were highly trained or the two Revenants and Arcane Horror were weak as hell.DA lore makes it quite clear those two types of Abominations  are army killers,so Celene's group must've been lucky to survive without anyone dying.

1.Not rly pretty much shows problems with dalish elves pretty much we have 4 clans out of 5 we saw where mages were dealing with spirits and demons that is hardly accident i would belive it if that was 2 clans not 4 out of 5.

2.She summoned sylvans that are spirit/demons that possessed tree.

Rhys and Adrian talk of being allowed to visit Val-Royeaux in "Asunder".

while a child like Ella tried to leave the Circle in order to let her mother know what happened to her.

Unless Ella is not from Kirkwall, there's no way her mother wouldn't have know where she was taken.

Obviously, if the Circle is built in the middle of the city, it's easier for people to visit their mage relatives.

However, Isolde is still the arlessa. She can afford to travel to Lake Calenhad and visit Connor.
