2200hrs and still not maxed....christ that's awful. And even worse I've seen other players with ~3k hrs and still not maxed as well. You'd think after 2k hrs it's time to move up from bronze...

Why not do a Gold Duo with him/her? Or ask them if they'll switch kits.
I'd be more than happy to play with someone that looks like they'll outscore me. I don't know what your reasoning is, but kicking someone cause they are a tryhard sounds ridiculous and immature, especially considering the number of topics on here devoted to complaining about pugs and having to carry them, etc.
Mind you, if someone kicks me from a game, I'm not offended. I would suspect that the person pugs and promotes all of the time and never considers who he's playing with and rarely if ever plays platinum, in order to be at that level with no maxed manifest.
