To balance things out, I will start kicking anyone who uses non-OP kits. Take your hipster builds, subpar kits elsewhere. I don't have the patience for games longer than 15 mins.

Sue me but I'll say it. If you have over 2000 hours and don't have a maxed manifest most likely you're not playing the game at it's highest level or are failing at a fairly high rate. 

 

I have more than 1400 hours played and still need 44 URs!!!!!  

 

I was slow to make the jump to Gold but have been playing almost nothing else for well over a year.  I'm perfectly capable on Plat, but find it a bit of a chore and prefer Gold for fun, so I have to settle for the lower credits.  I used to be obsessed with re-spec cards so was 'wasting' credits on Veteran Packs, but now it's Arsenal Packs all the way.  

 

If I genuinely cared about maxing my manifest I'd be playing Plat constantly, but I view it a bit like the Shuriken Challenge - it's something I'll probably get around to at some point, but for the time being I'm just having fun.

At this point, I actually pay my oldest kid a dollar to spam JEPs for me. The store pisses me off so much. If it actually gave you packs in bulk with a inventory addition summary that would be sweet. The way the pseudo-RNG works though I don't think it's even possible although maybe Cyonan or one of the PC guys could weigh on that. Making each packet purchase faster would be decent as well.

If you're not playing the game at its highest level or are failing regularly, then it doesn't matter if you pick an OP kit. You will still not likely dominate the match.

I don't think you understand the OP's topic at all. Moby doesn't judge anyone by their manifest..unless they're somehow approaching nearly 2000 hours and still not maxed. Because that's kind of silly.

To be clear, I don't understand how someone with 2200 hours feels it's necessary to use a min/max setup such as a TGI Harrier in Gold.

What tipped me off to the manifest was the Harrier IX, and with 18k N7... I just had to take a peek at hours played.
