Should have switched it to bronze.

To be clear, I don't understand how someone with 2200 hours feels it's necessary to use a min/max setup such as a TGI Harrier in Gold.
What tipped me off to the manifest was the Harrier IX, and with 18k N7... I just had to take a peek at hours played.
The statement quoted above is 100% accurate though, every word.
Moby can you please explain what min/max means? No sarcasm I just don't understand your statement.

Min/maxing is generally maximizing DPS output of the kit all the way around. Weight is more a factor on non infiltrators.

Can't think of even one reason?
What if they had a wipe the game before and wanted to tilt the odds in their favour?
What if they hurt their hand yesterday and aren't shooting so well today as a result?
What if there are roadworks outside and their concentration is off?
What if they only played Bronze for 2000 hours and need a little help to survive gold?
It seems we all get that you can kick whomever you want from your lobby. But there's something more to it that is less clear.
"Save yourself, kick them all!"
I guess that would make me one of your "tryhards" than. since i do *not* have a maxed manifest with 1900 hrs played. I was just in it for the fun myself, not the maxed manifest, but apparently i was wrong.... And yes, I do play Gold matches so now you can avoid me as well.

No, that wouldn't make you a tryhard at all, but the very opposite. Wish more folks had your mentality of playing for fun and not just for the mindless grind + worry about when you max manifest. If more folks were like Slayer299, Platinum difficulty wouldn't of been the massive grindfest it is now in pug land. So I really don't see the reason why folks want to pick on Slayer299?
EDIT- Hey Slayer, just want to ask, you don't always play Silver with Ghost Harrier, correct?
omg lol
What the hell is going in now?

Manifest is a grind no matter what. Getting there through lower difficulties takes a long time, getting there through higher difficulties with pugs that are in over their heads takes a long time as well, getting there through higher difficulties with only a certain couple of kits is also tedious as hell and a grind. But that said I know what a massive burden it is to have to play with us "tryhards" and be carried to glory.
Sue me but I'll say it. If you have over 2000 hours and don't have a maxed manifest most likely you're not playing the game at it's highest level or are failing at a fairly high rate. The guy's experience means nothing in either case.
Another possibility is that they are focusing on their N7 rating, which basically means they are spending all their credits on recruit packs i.e. they have no chance of getting ultra rares.
I only need 13 more unlocks
7 of them are the Hurricane

I feel your pain. My last 7 upgrades were all for the collector SMG and I like that gun.
Yep, see above.
So with that explained what are your thoughts? Why would someone with over 2,000 hours played (more play time than me mind you) need to use one for Gold? Makes me laugh and shake my head a little really.
I don't really care. I don't kick typically. (I have but usually to make room for a friend- typically I leave a lobby directly after one match when I'm pugging). Also I don't check out people's manifests practically ever. Only my own. Recently I checked out a few manifests to see a build after seeing one of my friends play a class that I wanted to respecc.
I have 1000 hrs on xbox and I still have about 20 or so more cards to get for full manifest. I see no issue with this other than my own impatience. I suspect that a full manifest eludes me because of buying JEP's all the time to keep up my ops packs etc. Also I refuse to judge someone because all they play is Silver or Bronze- sure it's funny to me- yet I also realize that for some that's how they have fun and that's what they want to do and that is their level of play and enjoyment. I'm ok with this. Who cares.
But if you want to kick that's your right. If he's going to get mad about that I'd say that is a giant waste of time because WHO CARES. If he were my friend I'd say "don't take it personally- find another lobby and another pug or play with friends".
To balance things out, I will start kicking anyone who uses non-OP kits. Take your hipster builds, subpar kits elsewhere. I don't have the patience for games longer than 15 mins.
Harriers, TGIs, Reegars, AIUs, flamers, snap freezers, AC V are welcome.
I just love this! Come one come all OP kits, carry me to vctory while I stooge around with my subpar hipster xperimental builds. ![]()
It's true.
LOL, thats such an old convo, do you save everything??
That's why his hard drive is so big. It's full of secrets.

hey now, it is not hipster to use sub-optimal kits. hipster would be claiming they used the kit before it became popular, and can no longer because of all the sheeple using the kit.
maybe some new term is in order here, my vote goes towards slumming

Yes, both Silver and Gold with him. He's fun on both And thanks ![]()
Sounds like you need a more experienced troll to ruin your recorded games. ![]()

Or maybe they didn't need to use it at all- maybe they simply wanted to.
