Would you judge people on this form if you bumped into them in a pug and they were using OP stuff?

You know, not everyone plays for credits like you do. There are some people who actually play for fun, and an appropriate level of challenge is commonly a major part of that. I find it perfectly understandable if some silver player (or a group of them) would be thoroughly annoyed when a Hurricane GI joins and annihilates everything in sight, leaving nothing for others to do. Nothing silly about that.

I remember the host changing a Gold set up to Silver while I was putting on consumables and not realising the change until wave 2 . In that time I had run amok with a fully loaded  Batsol and wiped spawns before anyone could react.

Felt like a try hard at that moment I realised it was Silver and backed off and used mainly BBs and his light and heavy melee .

Had fun playing him that way even though a waste of consumables . Such a marked difference between the 2 levels

I can agree with that. :)

At least you're not like me, equipping myself with consumables suitable for Gold and quick search a Gold game only for the game to throw me in, after a "session already starts joining game" screen in a bloody bronze game ://////////

Worse, I was using a level 20 AIU, hahahaha. Man, I must have looked so silly  Thinking of quitting out but damn it, my consumables would be lost anyways so while cursing inwardly towards the game I just played the game.... Damn it, that 15K bronze money would at least mean my consumables wouldn't be lost for nothing!

Cant you just leave before moving or firing and not lose your equipment?

That works sometimes, but not always.

Well, the thing is, my first instinct after the game landed me on a game is to *run* at a direction, hahaha. I only just realized it after I rushed into a spawn point after the game landed me on the map and by that time, it's too late :/ Also, woe me if I landed on the LZ and an enemy is there and started shooting at me; be that Bronze and Silver, I always shoot back first.

Now I *always* make a habit of pressing Start after joining a game just to confirm, but even then as crashsuit said, it doesn't always work.

I judge anyone putting a Reegar on a Krogan (Vanguard aside - that's an obvious exercise in cheese) it's just the most un-Krogan gun possible, it doesn't even go BOOM! Acolyte is just as bad thinking about it.

Other Krogan should point and laugh at those using these weapons... and they should be excluded from headbutt parties until they learn to use a proper clunky, shooty, boomy weapon! Pyjacks...

Other than that, do whatever the hell you like... as long as it's not an AIU/Reegar; that annoys me because it's not even the best gun to put on the AIU (*coughs* Raider) and yet it's an obvious try-hard build ... just not a good one :|

I would be happy, because it would mean a fast game and I don't give a s**t about scores.

I would absolutely judge you. Cheesgar, Sexbot and TGI must wither away in oblivion. Carrier is OK, though frowned upon in some circles.

Lol no. Who cares. I know I do that from time to time to, when I feel like flatting everything in the game by myself without the hassle of soloing objectives. I just take the MQI and find a pug. Why would I judge him? I'll limit myself to outscoring his ass hard with a FQE or something like that. So he learns that score doesn't matter

No. You play what and how you wish and I'll do the same. Hopefully we'll even have something called "fun" in the process. Most of the time I'll even change my kit for corporate synergy.

If someone wants to judge something about me - particularly from ONE game - they can go right on ahead ... but really, that says way more about them than it does me.

No, honestly I don't really care. I use whatever kit I want, regardless of what people think, so of course I'll allow others to do the same. It's just a game after all. But as others have said...PPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE dont spam flamer in my face, thank you.

On this topic what's really funny to me is whenever I see people on this site complain about super op stuff, then I pug into them sometime and guess what they're using? Doesn't fail to make me laugh when I see it.

This. Go ahead and use your Incendiary Reegar Geth Trooper, your Harrier X TGI, whatever you like... but if you're using baby pyjak weapons on a Krogan, consider yourself judged.

Nope.

I think the only two things worth hating in this game are laggy hosts and EA servers.

No, I wouldn´t judge those people.

But if they obliterate everything to the point that 3 other players are there just to finish occasional Nemesis, then I can´t blame those 3 for leaving after game. Cause there is not much fun in standing around and watching while feeling utterly useless.

Using an OP setup? Fine. Whatever spins your wheel. Don't listen to the snobs who tell you otherwise.

What isn't ok is using an op loadout, then bragging about how well you did with it. That's just Dum.

I just want to sit back and listen to podcast/music or drink and just have fun while using a TGI with a harrier X, or a Batarian Soldier with a reegar and granade cap V with incendiary rounds, or the best of the best paladin with geth scanner and a Talon with armor piercing rounds IV.

I feel bad playing these kits almost like I am cheating, probably because everyone leaves after the game and I always wonder if me killing everything had anything to do with it. I hardley ever run into a BSNer in gold games, or I don't notice them, or they leave once they join.

So I ask would you judge me if you got into a room with me and I was cheesing it up?

nope, I don't care what kit/weapon you use tbh, as long as I'm having fun, it's all good :)

I've tried the supposedly most OP setups (e.g., AIU Reegar/incendiary; TGI Harrier) and don't score better than I usually do?  About the only thing I don't like is wave 11 spawn nukes -- I'm try to lead the spawns away from extraction, not create new spawns.

Sometimes when PUGs ****** me off, I just slap  a Power Amp IV, a Pistol Amp III and an Acolyte on the GT, and flame the **** out of everything. So yeah, guilty as charged.

I don't even look at a player's gear when i join a lobby.

If the gear is OP, then the game ends faster and that's more credits for my bank balance. Win.

If the gear sux, then that's more enemies for me and a bigger score for my Epeen. Also Win :D
