I fixed my post. I was being a bit sarcastic with it, based on some of the responses in the thread and some previous topics on BSN.
If you really don't care about score, good for you - I applaud that. But you are in the minority. Most people do care about it while pugging, even those that say score doesn't matter on BSN.

I could care less how you play if you get in the damn hack. If you play a GI with full equipment on silver and run around killing things instead of following the drone, I will justly hate you with the passion of a thousand suns.

Another adventure, another anecdotal moment that made me convinced that, instead of Reegar, Raider is positively the best weapon for AIU. Played Geth/Gold/Ghost Hazard\ and it went *relatively* smoothly, although two of the PUGs for some reason refused to equip any consumables.
The others decided to camp at the central row of buildings, so I joined them (since I hate running around under that blasted rain). HOOOO BOYYYY, I just DON'T understand how many consider Reegar as AIU's best weapon: for me, Raider is indisputably the champion. My Raider VII (so not even maxed out)-equipped AIU absolutely DESTROYED anything that dared coming close (and since it's Geth, *everything* just want to get close, hahaha). I was actually amazed seeing just how fast Hunters, Pyros, Bombers, and even Primes got destroyed by Raider's two/threeshot-reloadcanceling combo. It was absolutely, positively, glorious to behold.
Claymore's good also, and Reegar underwhelmed me, but damn that Raider. I'm utterly in love with the weapon.

If you didn't mod it with shredder or the HVB as well as using inc ammo, you are not seeing the OP Reegar everyone's talking about. You also need to hit the head, or similar weak spots for maximum effect. Put it on a warp or inferno grenade kit and you can drop most things in seconds...

What are the underpowered kits then? I need clear guidelines to play like a scrub.

I couldn't give two shih tzus what kit you use. Here is what I do care about:
1. Kill the things. Kill ALL of the things. Kill the things I'm trying to kill. Kill it and kill it fast. KILL!
2. Help with the objectives. AKA get in the muthuhtrucking circle. STAY in the circle until there is no longer a dude on the mic telling you to get in the circle. If you can't hear the guy on the mic, then stay in the circle until you see the word "credits" on the screen.
3. Don't die. If you do die, use a medigel. Do NOT wait for me to run halfway across the map to your corpse, THEN use a medigel. Do this a lot.
That's it.
I'd say that they owe it to you, the player, to use that stuff to make the game more fun for everyone.
I really, REALLY don't give a shit what people play. Not sure why this subject keeps popping up. For the record, I have more respect for my team if we consistently go sub-20 or say, get a 16 minute time on platinum, than if someone outscores me. The quality and speed of extraction is what truly defines you as good players.
I don't care what they use (except missile glitch) or what characters they play. As long as they do the objectives and remember it's a team game.
We are fighting to save the galaxy after all.
