For those who ordered CE From EA Store and your game is being shipped...

Simple question. I'm seeing that there are some here whos order (EA Store) has already been shipped out with a UPS Tracking number and everything. My question is, if this is your case, when exactly (Date and Month) did you pre-order? Because I ordered mine on the 28th of December and I have yet to recieve an email saying that my order has been processed and is being shipped. I have an old order confirmation email back when I first pre-ordered but nothing new detailing that it is already processed and is being shipped.

I am asking this because I want to know if the only reason why mine is still "In Process" while others are "In Transit". If it is because you ordered yours before I did, then there is no problem, I can understand that. However, if you ordered yours AFTER me but I'm still being "processed" then that would suck and would be a total letdown by EA Store.

I preordered mine Jan 5th and got the email confirming this morning... Then again I did call EA Store last night to ee what was up soooo that may have helped.

I ordered my CE only about 2 weeks ago, and EA already sent me a confirmation that it shipped. Maybe you should call customer service and see if something messed up.

I pre-ordered my standard 360 copy on October 21st. I pre-ordered the PC CE on November 19th, and then I pre-ordered another PC CE for a friend of mine December 12th. All three have shipped.

Majestic did you call like i mentioned in the other topic. I called thismorning too and I am still processing. They keep saying they are waiting for payment from my credit card but nothing happens I get nothing from my bank saying pending. So all they say to me is wait and hopefully it will go through.



Personaly I think the EA store is totaly screwed up. I am ordering a backup from my local gamestop and if they still havent processed my **** by midnight relase monday im canceling my order and never ordering from EA again

Pre-ordered Nov 8th, game is inbound, should probably get it Monday. Ended up getting DAO on the Monday before release as well. Only 2 more sleeps! =D

I pre-ordered my PC copy of the Collector's Edition on Dec 16 from the EA Store. I got my email saying my order was shipped at 2 AM this morning.

How do you call them? They don't seem to list any phone number on their site.

I'm not seeing any confirmation of any sort either.  I contacted them a while back, but without any way to look at our orders, how do I know what's going on?

Took me forever to find it too.
Here is the number for EA Customer support. 1-650-628-1001

Chances are they'll put you on hold. I was waiting for a real person for about an hour, but it proved really helpful.
