so after logging roughly 75 hours on DA, my roommate who owned the xbox in out apt moved out. fail. luckily my awesome girlfriend bought me a refurb xbox for christmas and i bought a memory card and just recently got my game off his xbox. Now I am having some trouble loading my game. I am using the correct storage device (memory card) but the xbox is not letting me load my game. The load game icon on the main menu is not even an option to click on.
I think it could possibly be 2 things
1. on my roommates xbox I had downloaded stone prisoner and blood dragon armor dlc and do not have that dlc on my xbox
2. I am not connected to xbox live on my xbox
I would appreciate any help i can get. after putting so much time into this game i would hate to lose it. thanks

That information is embedded in your saves. Without the DLC, you won't be able to load them anyway. There may be other complications related to your login credentials and the fact that you are on a different Xbox now.
