I would recommend an Asus gaming laptop. That is what I went with after researching laptops for about a month or so when I got mine. Asus gaming laptops are designed with air flow in mind and are very powerful. Also make sure you get a cooling pad or a tray fan for your laptop to sit on. A really dangerous thing for laptops that you game on is heat issues.

Use Newegg.com for purchasing.

Gaming laptops are pretty expensive, what will really drive up the price is a 1920x1080 screen.

Since Laidlaw said to look at BF4 as rough specs needed for DAI I would get a laptop with at least 8 gigs of RAM, Core i7, and an Nvidia graphics card of 660M or higher. Those are the specs my laptop has now and it is 2 years old. This laptop has better specs and is cheaper than my current one. http://www.newegg.co...N82E16834231630

My laptop was about 1.35k

But hey, look around. I really like Asus gaming laptops. It has been much more reliable and efficient than my previous Sony laptop which only lasted a year.

Battlefield 4 huh, guess thats a start. Hope it don't have problems like the BF 4 launch

You know, I recently found a local computer store and a laptop I am considering is in the Asus brand. I will have to take a look at this more when i get the chance but I am still waiting on the sidelines for more Inquisition info.
