If I'm going on the information already released as far as personality goes ... I'd have to say both Dorian and Solas intrigue me the most, but I probably won't be able to use two mages at the same time until my second play through as a rogue.

I will have to go with Vivienne as my first choice. She strikes me as an awesome mix of Jane Austen and Oscar Wilde crossed with Jon Stewart. Think of the verbal mayhem, people! MAYHEM...
That being said, Dorian sounds quite interesting as well. Solas comes across as a little too "being and existentialism" which puts me to sleep. But...who knows? I didn't think I'd like either Zevran or Isabela in DA:0 and DA:2 and they ended up being my favorites! Any way you look at it, the game looks like it will be a tremendous amount of fun...

Planned party is Dorian, Bull and Sera first playthrough as a mage, then Cole, Solas and Blackwall as an archer-type Rogue, followed by Vivienne, Sera and Cassandra (All da ladies!) playthrough as female warrior inquisitor.
And yes, I've planned all of this out already, in lieu of actually getting to play. October can't get here fast enough

Depends who I'm playing/romancing. I'll always need a healer no matter what, so whoever's best at that is coming with me, except for possibly my Mana playthrough, as I can just make her a healer instead. Other than that, I'll be bringing Dorian and Viv along when I romance them (assuming Viv is romanceable by ladies).

First play through will see me as the main Qunari mage, probably rift mage, sounds different and mysterious. But I plan to bring Viv and Dorian as well. Cassie will help with being the tank-ish member. It will be like a girl party, except there is a guy, but he'll prolly fit in pretty well 
After that play through, I'll prolly be a dwarf warrior that's smart as a whip 
so I'll likely bring Solas with her, maybe Viv again too, if I like her enough on the first run. Though I suspect Dorian will be my go to, much like Wynne was.

All 3 at some point. I'm fascinated with the fade and Solas, and with Tevinter and Dorian. I'll confess that certain things about Vivienne leave me a little flat. I was brought up to believe that overdressing for the situation is crass and am not attracted to the concept of The Game, which she seems to relish. She might turn out to be a nice surprise, though, and I won't know unless I give her the benefit of the doubt.

My planned party is Iron Bull, Dorian, and that last spot is getting rotated around with all the companions until I find one I like. Although I have high hopes for the Vivienne/Dorian banter.

Dorian mainly, although I'll still use Vivienne a lot. Solas I might use sometimes but I'm not really interested in him as a character as much as the other two. I like that he is voiced by David Gareth-Lloyd, but he doesn't really interest me as much as the other two.

I'll be playing as a mage more often than not, so Dorian takes mage slot number 2. He's snarky, but clearly sympathetic under his humor, and he's from Tevinter. All points in his favor, from a variety perspective. If I wind up liking him as much as I think I will, he'll probably stay in my party for all future playthroughs.
If I wind up swapping him out, it'll be for Solas.
