Where are they located?

Can they be adjusted(removed, swapped, added) for an existing character in a multiplayer setting? If so, how?

Were I to want to add a new voiceset, how would I go about it?

Were I to want to create a voiceset, for example one based off real-life voices, how would I go about it?

Thanks for the aid in advance.

There's a tool built into the toolset for creating or editing soundsets. Any new soundsets would also have to be added to the soundsets 2DA.

Tutorials for NWN1 should still work, as I doubt there were any changes to how soundsets were handled in NWN2. In fact, the NWN1 companion soundsets are available in their entirety in NWN2 (they all start with "AVHen").

Does that tool help with already existing characters? I belong to a build team that gets a lot of requests about replacing character voicesets, but no one knows how to do it. Knowing how to get into a character's voiceset and changing it would be a huge help.

I suspect the soundset is stored in the player's BIC file. You'd need a character editor to change it.

I have no idea where to find the character editor I'm familiar with, now that the old vault has gone. It doesn't seem to be on the new vault.
