I normally don't give a damn. I've done ALL ROGUE parties (Varric, Isabela & Sebastian) which is crazy fun.

I don't usually take two rogues unless I have to. I almost always take two mages though.

I'd have to say two warriors but that's not a definitive answer because I'm constantly changing my party around not just based on class but on whether or not I actually like the characters I've got available. If I had to pick though, I'd say I wouldn't bring two warriors since one is enough in my opinion.

Nothing I wouldn't do really. I always have a rogue (usually me) to lockpick, mages to heal and warriors to meatshield. 4th spot for whoever I feel like.

I just pick whoever works best with the story, or whoever's banter I'd rather hear.

Have used all of the duplicate classes in previous game; no problems.

I don't mind having doubles of anything in my party, but one thing is sure I would never have a party without a rogue. All classes can handle damage dealing and there's potions for healing, but lockpicking? Nope, gotta have a rogue.

I do two of whatever. If I roll with 2 rogues, one of them will be an archer and one a dual wielder. And the warrior will then be a strong tank. If I do roll two archers or two backstabbers, it's because of companion specific quests. That shouldn't be a problem in DAI, though, because we can pick our companions' weapon types.

In this game, once I'm good, I might actually try to roll an all mage party and, and maybe I'll even try to challenge myself with an all rogue party.

The only thing I won't go with is a melee heavy party.  That means no warrior and 2 melee rogues.   So essentially that means I will be going with a warrior and melee rogue at the most.

The only times I took two Roguse was in DA2. Isabela and Varric.

I don't normally go around with two rogues.   In DAO, Leliana and Zavran together = impossible.

In DAI, maybe Sera and Cole might be in my party. Because I don't think Cole can use deft hands........... I don't know.

In Asunder, I thought Cole was like a mage-rogue but.. anyway.

I'm usually not bothered by their class, I pretty much just bring with me the characters I like the best or the characters I think will be most relevant to a certain area/plot point.  I do like to have a rouge with me if possible for the lock picking, but eh...I'm usually not too bothered.  Plus that shouldn't be too much of a problem hopefully as I'm liking the sound of Cole and Sera....might even keep them both in the party at times.   ^_^

But yeah, long story short, I don't mind doubling up on anything.

Why stay at two when you can go four?

I did a four warrior party in DAO and a four rogues party in DA2. In DAI, I can do a four of a class with all of them!

I don't usually double up on Rogues.

However, I'll ultimately take whoever I like as a character, regardless of class.

I tend to not notice the classes so much as the characters, I take who I want when I want, it's a benefit of playing the game on no higher difficulty than normal, if I played on a higher difficulty I might actually think about who I bring.

In Inquisition since we don't know the companions all that much yet., I don't know what type of combinations I'd bring along, but I do know at one point with my Necromancer I will load up an all mage party, initially I was thinking during any fade part but now I feel Cole has to be part of the fade team.

I alway prefer having 2 melee and 2 ranged, since a rouge is interchangeable for both its fine but how many mages I take usually depends on how badly I need a healer

I'm not keen on 2 rogues unless one is melee and on the frontline with the warrior/tank.  I also think 2 warriors is uninteresting.

I usually don't take two warriors- I usually am doubled up on mages and rogues because I tend to play them and I think you just need one warrior to tank. In my opinion that's all they are really good for ex. can't heal, target large groups or set traps, and pick locks.

Party Members must always be fairly distributed among Classes. My Inquisitor will then tip the Balance.

I try to avoid taking 2 rogues if possible. 2 warriors means extra tanking and 2 mages means extra nuking but 2 rogues? I don't need 2 lock pickers.

I also tend to avoid 2 rogues in my party, but this time, I'll be playing an archer and have Sera in my party along with Vivienne and alternating between Cassandra and Iron Bull. I'll also only be making Sera a dual wielding rogue if having two archers cripples my party.

I almost never take 2 mages. I typically go with 2 rogues and sometimes 2 warriors.
