Not sure I like the generic characters and smaller fantasy dragons, Bioware should give us some big awesome dragon boss fights like Dark Souls.

The High dragon looks just as big as Kalameet
skyrim was a massive success, pretty much everyone has taken a leaf out of their book, DA:I and TW3 most noticably going more open world
troll alarm move on people
no but seriously teenage targeted audience since when was skyrim mature??
Have you even played the other DA games? generic characters?
WTF
go play your shitty dark souls with no story and no characters at all
Having an opinion =/= being a troll.
Also Dark Souls had the richest story of any modern video game.

Yeah but it wont be as tough as a challenge, I don't know about you but I like hard bosses.
I love both Skyrim and Dragon age, but aside from the constant killing that happens in both, I'd say Dragon Age explores darker and more mature themes. Also, the relationships between characters is much deeper as well, and I don't really see how they are generic... they sure have more personality and individuality than most characters in any Elder Scrolls game I've played. As for Dragons... I've never really thought "this dragon is sure tiny" while fighting a High Dragon, myself.

yeah right
??
wait you serious? ![]()
btw having an opinion is ok but saying that DA is for teenagers and has generic characters and then
proclaiming that Skyrim and Dark Souls are awesome
thats just ridiculous
Generic Characters? In a Bio Ware Game? COMPARED TO SKYRIM?!
Whatever you smoked, I don't want any of it.
And how did you get the Idea of the teenage targeted Audience? This Game can be expected to be the darkest DA Game yet and the other two weren't exactly happy-go-lucky Games either.
Is it the Color Palette? Does everything have to look bleak and greyish and brownish and dark for a Game to be Mature? Because the World actually is colorful, you know. That's more realistic than bleak.
Edit: Dark Souls? Rich Story? You could beat that game without any idea what the Hell is going on. Well, I did.
yeah right
??

You would know that if you payed attention.
I will admit Dark Souls was an excellent game. But the dragon fights were the weakest bosses in my opinion, and from what I've seen from Inquisition's dragons looks much better.
As for your Skyrim comment... I see no similarities. Skyrim is big like the ocean, but shallow as a paddling pool. I bet Inquisition will be much deeper.
cant be shallower than DA2 at any rate
I like the dragons that are seen in the game and the graphics look fine. The characters look fine.

Yeah sure whatever man
Sure I liked the atmosphere and gameplay of Dark Souls and how difficult it was to beat BUT
its pretty much a fact that games like Skyrim and Dark Souls don't have a good story or good characters and they don't have to have them
most fans know it hell even the developers know it they don't advertise the game with phrases like "world changing choices, awesome story with rich characters"
no they (in the case of Dark Souls) say whooo it will be even harder to beat or (in the case of Skyrim) it will be the biggest game yet
So I think you are interpreting a bit too much into the importance of story in Dark Souls
YOU should pay attention to the game's real qualities
I sincerely hope DAI will be nothing like Skyrim. Got about half an hour in and quit. One-dimensional NPC's, and a weird compass system. I may be in a minority here, but I play games for the story and if it isn't big and enthralling then I'm not interested.
I am part of this minority.
When I saw the word 'Skyrim' I rolled me eyes so hard it took me awhile to recover.
I think it's surprisingly un-Skyrim like. Both in terms of artstyle, and how the game looks like it will play.

I agree with you 100% sadly we are the minority just look at how much skyrim sold
For me its always story and characters above everything else in a game
I'm hopin someday that that will apply to the majority of gamers
