Iron Bull is the only warrior that appeals to me. I'll have to see more of Cass and Black wall in game to be convinced otherwise.

It will be a constant switch between Bull and Cass. If they didn't fix the stupid amount of damage that 2h warriors can do via friendly fire Cass will probably be my main stay. Cause screw you Fenris for one shotting any companions that were near you. I will be doing a romance Cass playthrough so she is will be the main warrior in that playthrough.

Whoever has the shield. Never found much long-term use for the 2HW in the first 2 games.

Can you actually mold all the warriors into things you want? Like, for instance, can you turn The Iron Bull into a tank, and Cassandra into a two-handed, damage-dealing warrior?

It's most likely that you can, being that you can give them whatever weapon you want (based on what class they are), and we're probably going to have a say in how our characters level up.  Theoretically, you could give Cassandra a bow and every level up only ever raise her Dexterity/give her items designed for archer type characters.

Granted, she'll never be as good an archer as Sera could be, because she'll start out spec'd for a shield and board build.  It still should be possible to play that way, at least in theory.

Err, no. Weapons are class restricted a la DA2. No Bows or Dual Wielding for Cassandrda

But, to answer HellaciousHutch's question, yes. Cassandra can either roll 2 Handed or Sword & Board. And apparently, based on a tweet a few weeks ago, they're trying to make it so both 2 Handers and Sword & Boards can be either DPS or Tank based on how you spec them.

I knew there were class restrictions on weapons, but I thought bows were considered both a rogue and warrior weapon this time around.  0o  I know dual wielding is a rogue only thing, which is why I didn't bring that up...  huh, oh well.  Could've sworn I heard that somewhere, but must be mistaken.  *shrug*

Hey,

Is there any question?

Cassandra of course - she seems the most versatile for a Tank (I don't have much use for a DPS-Warrior...mages and rogues do much more damage anyway), she is a Templar (screw you casters :) ), she uses a shield (more damage absorb)...not to mention she is easy on the eyes :) (yes, very shallow...nice :D ^^)

greetings LAX

Because I will play as 1h-shield warrior, it's Iron Bull.

+ I like his barbarian look with the horns.

Iron Bull because of what we've seen of him in the post-E3 demos.

I was pretty set on Cass, but the Bull just seems so... awesome. Both based on the gameplay demos and Freddie Prinze's voice actor video. Dude seems to be a giant mountain of hillarious.

Every warrior can equip both sword and shield and two-handed weapons.

None of them. I don't play warriors if I can avoid it.

Good luck with that. Every class seems to have skills useful in exploration (like lockpicking for rogues).
