blood dragon armor

i have tried to contact bioware but have had no reply as of yet so i decided to post here

i bought a new copy of dragons age at a considerably higher price than preowned and i go to redeem both my codes but there is no dragon armour code there is a shale code and on the back of it there is the dragon armour page but no code in the white box seriouslly WTF bioware i spend extra cash and i want what i paid for
