I recently started a webseries on Adapting Mass Effect into a movie, the first 3 parts are up now in case anyone is interested. Any feedback is appreciated, hope you guys like it.

Try putting some pictures up when you're talking, it will help get your point across easily.
Other than that, I seriously don't know, I heard the last guy that had the job of making a ME plot gave up, simply too much content.
Besides, most of ME2 and some parts of ME3 are a complete mess storywise, they would probably need to be completely rewritten (cerberus/ collectors/me3 eding etc)
And even so, what makes ME so interesting is choice in the story. You can't have that in a movie unfortunately.
My feeling is, that we will never get to see a ME movie.
