Jedi Outcast is more obscure than that, but if there ever is a sequel it will be Jedi Academy II.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 would be nice, even though it may never happen.
Alpha Protocol - definitely needs a sequel. A functional, well optimized one, that is.
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth - more games based on HP Lovecraft stories would always be nice.
The Suffering - a proper sequel. Ties that Bind was garbage. The first game wasn't that great either, but it had its moments.
