Originally I was planning 8, one for each race/gender combo. Then we found out there were 8 romances, so I was like "Yay! It works out!"

But now that we can only have one specialization, i'm thinking 9 playthroughs. One of each class, just so I don't miss out on any content.

How about you guys? I've seen variations on other posts, ranging from 2 or 3 to 11 or 12!

Hard to say without playing the game at leat once. But most likely one Inquisitor for each class if I really enjoy the game.

Currently planning eight - one for each gender/race combination. Like the OP, I was thrilled when I found out there were exactly eight romances .

 

I might be swayed to a ninth so I can pick the specialisation I didn't use yet if there's enough variations in content. This also depends on how long it takes them to make DA4. (Assuming there is a DA4. If not, I may just play Inquisition for the rest of time.)

Hard to say how many I'll have before it's said and done, but many many!  Though specific ones in mind, about 3 are in the works already.

I have planned 3 Inquisitor's so far, kinda getting there with my fourth. Realistically speaking I will probaply finish game with 3 or maybe even less if the game is long. I have 3 finished playthroughs in Origins and 2 in DA2 so I think that realistic goal.

I was thinking a least 4 one for each race . I played ever Origin in DAO and hope to do the same in DAI .

Oh dear... 6-7 in the first year, but subsequently.... I tend to replay through my games over the years, so I might end up with 20 something within 5 years. Seriously.

Can i ask how you handled importing? Did you use 2 default ones for your extra 2 Hawkes? And how will you aproach it in Inquisition?

I've wanted to have 6 - 8 Wardens and 6 Hawkes, , but have a problem with needing things to be 'even' lol

Haha, if I kept all my Origin's saves, I'd have over 20. I tend to suddenly decide "Actually, I want that character to be like this, or do this" so I restart them.

4 at the moment, maybe 5 depending on the other LI.

Really though it will mostly depend on how much I like the game, if it's horrible I might do just one and be done with it lol.  Or alternatively I might love it and go crazy and do even more, but so far I'm just planning around LI options, one each for Cullen, Iron Bull, Dorian and Sera, mixing up the class, race and style for each.
