I don't do all achievements as a general matter, though I often end up with 80% or so.  When I do later playthroughs, I often make a point to do every side quest I can possibly find unless it flies in the face of my role-play (In my current playthrough of DAO, for example, I'm doing all quests except for "Favors for Certain Interested Parties", because those just aren't things my character would do)

Collectibles are the bane of my existence. I could never bring myself to find them in any game that features them.

To be honest I've never been that bothered with achievements.   I like to do as many quests as I can because that pushes up my levels and in this game the monsters don't level with you but you have to wait to do them until you are experienced enough.     However, they have also said you can carry on playing after you complete the main storyline.   So provided I have explored enough to pick up all the companions, I might well push forward on the main plot and then do the rest at my leisure.   It really depends on how it plays out with regard to claiming areas for the Inquisition and how much this impacts on my success.     Eventually I will have wanted to explore everywhere because I'm hoping that turns up a lot of new lore and items/places of interest.    Then I'm assuming I'll have to go back and try a different route through because we are assured that it will be apparent how our choices have affected things and there are parts of the game that you don't see if you don't make a particular choice.

I will do what fits my Inquisitor's particular story and character and the rest will remain untouched or unfinished.

I used to be a fanatical completionist who collected every last shiny in every last rotten barrel but then I took an arrow to the knee played Skyrim. It broke me somehow.

In the days of old, my honourable Warden Commander Lady Cousland dumped a bunch of bodies in the Denerim Chantry well. Yeah, stuff like that is not gonna happen again.

Achievements I actually never cared about, couldn't say how many I did in the prior games.

Using DA:O and DAII as examples I will try to do everything I can on each playthrough. Given that choice may hinder what areas you can access to some degree in Inquisition, this will likely lead to some quests only being available on later playthroughs anyway.

If I ever do get bored (which is highly unlikely) I may use achievements as something to work towards. Who knows Acheivements may even point me in the direction of something that I may have missed...
