This post is a refuge against grumpy and angry comment on the forum (which can happen pretty much any day).
I think it's important that we don't get too snarky because it's not fun.
People are excited about the game, I get it (I am).
How do you find your inner calm as release slowly approaches?

These are techniques & considerations that help me:
1. Calm is good. In the face of snarkiness I will be calm. Picture of calm otter (breathes out)

2. I don't really need to know about that unreleased feature or romance.
Really I don't. It will release without me knowing just fine. I can't play it until it's out, so wanting to know is not the same as needing to know. Release day will arrive no more quickly if I know everything. And a lot will still release before then.
3. Lack of information does not mean it sucks.
I'm not going to get worried that not knowing all the answers automatically means it's bad - I could spend much of my life worrying about what I don't know, and I don't know rather a lot. There still more weeks for reveals.
4. The game's done - there's only finishing up and bug fixing.
So I'm not going to get worked up about what I want to be in it, or endlessly blame BioWare for anything I might not like in any Dragon Age or Mass Effect game. And not everything that might have only 3 choices is bad.
Here are three colourful calm otters to choose from, which will you choose?

5. Bullying BioWare devs and writers for answers doesn't work and makes folk annoyed.
How often did a round of 'Biower pls' actually mean a dev/writer then said: 'sure, here's that feature I'm sharing it with you now...'
(at least before the time they are allowed to share it).
If it's not never, it's close to it. So I'm not going to ask. Else the devs & writers won't visit at all, like on other game boards.
6. I'm really not going to feed the troll.
They post that they didn't like DAO or DA2 and that DAI won't be any good. I could ask why are they spending their time on a BioWare forum, but actually I'm not going to waste my time. That will maintain my calm.
7. Favourite the trailers and demos and the forum.
You've done this already haven't you? Conference panel q&a's & game sites are good.
And so long as this forum is not overrun by the cynics and the trolls this will be a nice place too.
What are you doing to keep yourself sane and happy these last few weeks?
*EDIT to OP to address November delay.
